was just at DC Pride and they had cops stationed every so often along the parade route. unfortunately the cop closest to us looked strikingly like an Asian Sidney Crosby. like, big lips, distinctive nose, long dark eyelashes, the whole nine yards. so much so that i kept staring at him and then getting annoyed that i kept staring at him. like ok yeah Sidney Copsby over here copmogging everyone 🙄

thinking about how my sister’s boyfriend reacted to seeing a heated rivalry edit by going “WTF WERE THOSE TWO DUDES KISSING???” but not like. not even in a homophobic way. more like he’d never heard of gay people before and this was the first time he was learning about it. like he’d just had an extraterrestrial encounter and wasn’t going to let people convince him otherwise because HE KNOWS WHAT HE SAW. those two MEN were KISSING.
