i don't have an acronym one, i just used to work someplace where one of us had to take bunghole duty each day and make sure the proper bungholes had bungs in them and then clean out the bungholes that didn't have bungs in them and sometimes you had to ask around for where the bung-puller was and once i had to tell the manager (who had zero sense of humor about such things) that there was a rotting bung stuck in one of the old bungholes...
