Lucid dream method advice
Been having trouble with the lucid dream method? No worries, I’ve been there too. Here are some simple tips that have helped me ☆
→ Before doing anything in the lucid dream, ground yourself.
This is quite an important step, if you don’t ground yourself the chances of waking up increase significantly. Focus on a small detail in your dream, do simple math, touch your surroundings. Doing one of these may prove useful.
→ Remember that YOU are in control
It may feel overwhelming at first, but remember it’s your consciousness, your mind, and your decision. lucid dreams are a way of experiencing yourself.
Doors and portals are a fail?
You may hear shifters mentioning portals or doors in their method, while yes, this has worked for some people it also proves to be quite difficult for the majority.
Falling backwards with your eyes closed. This is a good way to enter the void if you wish. Or just imagine your dream body while falling connects to your DR body until you can feel it.
Lay down in your lucid dream, close your eyes and imagine you’re laying down in your DR. I personally enjoy doing this in a cozy place that I occasionally find in dreams, but this is not necessary!
Patience is key. It may feel frustrating , and that’s okay. Remember that you’re not alone. Trust me, in the end it’ll be worth it all.
Explore what works for you. I cannot stress this enough when I say that just because things work for others doesn’t mean it’ll work for you. Everyone’s minds are wired differently, so lucid dreams are especially unique to each person. Find a method that works, whether it be sinking through the floor or spinning continuously, it doesn’t matter, it’s YOUR journey.
