there is not a unit of time currently in existence small enough that it could accurately measure just how fast archer would kill tuvix
Star Trek Captains in order of how fast they kill Tuvix:
1. Archer (does not feel bad)
2. Burnham (feels a Little Bad)
3. Janeway (we personally witnessed the devastation in them big ol I Had to Kill Somebody eyes, but she recovers quickly due to personal love of Tuvok and Neelix)
4. Sisko (spends awhile confirming every single possible alternative, does Not Feel Bad except when Tuvix directly calls him murderer)
5. Kirk (tries to Kobayashi Maru it. Dealer’s choice on if this results in a Tuvix AND Neelix and Tuvok live, or if it becomes one of those things that he carries foreverrr)
6. Picard (this could be a two parter episode with how much he would need to soliloquize on identity and the rights of the individual and the authority limits of a captain. But yeah, he’s killing Tuvix).
This doesn’t even touch on how the non-Janeway captains would react if their Tuvix was ALSO made up of one half Their Best Friend and Moral Compass.

garak and neelix would get along so incredibly well because garak would get so much information from this man who knows the nitty and gritty of the entire delta quadrant and neelix would be delighted to sit down with someone so interested to listen to his stories and ask questions on his experiences and whatever plans garak has for this information would go so far over neelix's head that it wouldn't bother him at all, as long as garak tells him how entertaining he finds him and how passable his food is
most start trek aliens wear very modest fashions so the special effects don't have do the make-up other than the hands, neck and face - which just makes sense, imagine the added cost of making more prosthetics just so they can have cleveage or whatever. so nothing shocked me more in discovery than saru going shirtless. i wasn't prepared for this as an option. he was asking michael to kill him and everything and i was like man i can't believe this *squinting to see if he has nipples* man how many hours did that take

Holy shit an alien warrior woman who actually looks terrifying and tall and buff and not feminine (at least in the first season). A woman alien who is allowed to not look standard pretty. She even has claws! My bi ass wasn't equipped to handle just how hot she was, at all.
She had a number of scenes just showing cleavage or arms...
But then that horrifying sex scene, which I did not expect to show this much at all. I feel so, so many conflicting things about that. Apparently during filming Chieffo just fell asleep on Latif because putting on all that prosthetics took just that long.
Like, you didn't have to show her broad, ridgy back and you didn't have to show Klingon titties
