Light Lunches
Knowing when you're having a big ass meal when you get home after work. Since my hubby was cooking me chicken curry, I thought it would be best to have something light.

Gym Session:
Finally back in the gym after a week off. Felt good to have that rest, but it did not feel good to get back on that treadmill.
20 Minutes of running, followed by a 10 minute pace walk up a steep gradient to work the bum and back of the legs.
Cycling followed! Another 20 minutes of usual.
