Sisters
Say no to weight blindness .
Get fit and sexy instead , but not slim. ❌
Why ?
Bc toothpicks are NOT sexy .
Retain your curves and plump round ass🍑
This is my primary goal
and is what I do 💋
I SEE you choosing to select your weight loss journey
instead of practicing weight blindness 🌸
Tbc
I workout daily .
Yogi is deep stretching which is useful for my disability as a warm up , but I become tone by lifting weights and cardio
👉🏾Below are wonderful YouTube videos by other sisters that can help you on your fitness journey too
I see you talking about the strip club 😙👇🏾
Yes we can🙌🏽
I am so proud of you ❤️🌸

10 Surprising Weight Loss Tips You Haven’t Tried Yet
1. Eat with Your Non-Dominant Hand
Switching hands slows you down and makes you more mindful while eating.
2. Sniff Peppermint or Vanilla Before Meals
Studies suggest certain scents, like peppermint and vanilla, can reduce appetite and cravings.
3. Use Blue Plates
Blue is an uncommon food color and may subconsciously reduce appetite.
4. Chew Each Bite 30 Times
It sounds tedious, but chewing more improves digestion and gives your body time to signal fullness.
5. Take Cold Showers
Cold exposure can activate brown fat — the type that burns calories to generate heat.
6. Brush Your Teeth After Dinner
Brushing signals your brain (and taste buds) that eating time is over. You’re less likely to snack late at night when your mouth feels fresh and clean.
7. Rearrange Your Pantry
Put unhealthy snacks out of sight — or better yet, out of reach. Place healthy options like nuts or fruit at eye level.
8. Turn Off the Lights While Eating
Eating in a dimly lit space may encourage slower eating and a better focus on flavors.
9. Eat More Fermented Foods
Kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, and yogurt can improve gut health. A healthy gut microbiome has been linked to better weight regulation and reduced cravings.
10. Use Smaller Forks and Spoons
Odd but true — smaller utensils can slow your eating pace and make you feel like you’re eating more than you actually are.
fitlifechoseme Submitted: This is my first ever post of my weightloss. I’ve lost just short of 10lbs. To be fair it’s a pretty poor picture in terms of trying to see where i’ve lost the weight, but it’s the most recent pic I have.
I’m 5 foot 8 and a student. I have really just changed my diet and controlled my portion sizes. I still go out, have fun, eat junk food etc, but its all in moderation! My before pic was 162.6lbs and the pic on the right is me now at 153lbs. i would like to lose a little bit more but this is my progress! Now for exercising and toning up :)
Height: 5"5
SW: 165lbs
CW: 120lbs
Took me 6-8 months to lose my weight and another 6 months to tone up.
I was 45 lbs heavier, unhealthy & not happy. The best decision I ever made was to make a complete lifestyle change; getting healthy & fit! I didn’t get on any gimmick diet or take weight loss pills 🚫 With focus, dedication & hard work I lost the weight & toned my body the healthy way…in the kitchen & gym! I love sharing my story to inspire others to make the same changes in their lives.
A lot of people ask why my face isn’t in the before picture and it’s because when you are that unhappy and unhealthy…it can feel embarrassing. I can tell you that I surely wasn’t smiling like in the after :)

Anonymous Submitted: My before is around the end my freshman year of college and I was around 240 lb. I was pretty unhappy with the way I looked. I tried every type of diet in the world but of course, none of the stuck. It wasn’t really until I changed my mindset towards dieting (and life in general) that I started to see the weight fall off. I just completed my senior year I’m around 155 lbs and still hope to lose a little more. For reference, I am 5’5.
