What would it look like if Omega got married?
-Would tear up during every step of the process, from preparation for the wedding to the wedding day.
-Would get stressed out. He wants everything to go right for her, and hovers constantly when others are making the wedding plans. He will interject, and will always stick up for Omega if others downplay her needs.
-Needs a full reset when seeing her in her wedding dress. She has grown up so much.
-Wears his best suit on the day. He doesn’t like the formal look on himself, but for Omega? He would deal with it.
-Walking her down the aisle. Whispers praises to her and reassurances as they walk. I’m thinking things like “I’m so proud of you.” And “You deserve all of this and more.”
-Love/hate relationship with this. He loves seeing her so happy, but it reminds him too much of younger Omega leaving him. His heart physically tugs when he hands her away.
-Tried staying strong and hold in most of his tears. He knew if Omega saw him lose control, she would be too focused on that to enjoy this time. He had to sneak away multiple times throughout the night though.
-Gives the most heartfelt speech ever after claiming he is not good with words.
-Dances with her by twirling her, reminiscing on the memories they had made up to this point and the ones to come.
-Watching her leave almost made him fall to his knees, but he held himself together until he got home. The house felt too empty without her there, and he broke down in his room. He is so happy for her though, and supports her 100%.
-Tech would be the one Omega would go to when she needs a quick solution. He is the financial advisor along with Echo, planning everything down to the absolute T based on what Omega wants.
-Something falls through? Tech’s got it fixed and 2x better.
-Actually blanks when seeing her in her wedding dress. Tech.exe system failure. He wouldn’t talk for a few minutes because his throat was burning from unshed tears. Of course, he told Omega how beautiful her dress was on her when she picked it out.
-Created parts of the venue by hand. Added little tweaks of Omega, like specific flowers, her favorite colors, or things she always found interesting.
-Tech also wore his best suit. Added bonus because Phee was there with him.
-Watching her walk down the aisle brought a genuine smile to his lips. It reminded him of the day she trailed behind them in the halls of Kamino.
-Had a handkerchief for his tears. His goggles fogged up so much he was afraid he was missing pivotal moments, and he would constantly take the specs off to clean them.
-Gave a speech as well, reclaiming memories and past experiences, and ended with the most emotional statement Tech has ever said…he told her he loves her so much, and that he is always here for her🥹.
-Doesn’t really dance. Instead, goes on a walk with Omega outside the venue.
-Makes sure she is having a good time. Will check in on her constantly, and when she needs something, Tech’s more than ready.
-Omega hugged him hard before she left, and he whispered “Ni kar’tayl gar, ad’ika” as he hugged her back.
-Echo is just so proud of her. She is a fierce young woman, and he is proud to have her as his ad’ika.
-Along with helping Tech with finances, Echo is the main person she goes to when she needs an honest opinion. Flowers? Dress? Food? Echo will be a strong presence of support especially when Omega feels overwhelmed with all of the choices.
-Helps her when she feels like she doesn’t look good in any of the dresses. Tells her not only how perfect and beautiful she is, but that no dress could possibly dull her shine. Uses his scomp link as a makeshift hanger rod.
-Invites Rex to the ceremony. Felt like he would need some support too. Also, he wanted to show Omega off in the best way possible.
-Echo deals with pesky relatives. Politely, of course, but enough where he makes the point that this is Omega’s day, and he will intervene more harshly to preserve it.
-Echo doesn’t give a speech, but he does write a handwritten letter to Omega and tucks it in her bag before she leaves.🥹
-Kisses the top of her forehead and repetitively says “Tion’ad gar, ad’ika.”
-Dances with her and pulls Rex over too, when he’s not DJ’ing of course.
-When she leaves, he finally lets the tears fall in full force.
-Oh boy. Wrecker would be the most outwardly emotional. He is so loud about his feelings, and Omega never questions his ambitions on her wedding day.
-She would go to Wrecker for comfort. He gives the best hugs #canon.
-Wrecker would do all the heavy lifting, physically and emotionally.
-When she tries on her dress, Wrecker sobs so loud the whole store turns to look. He doesn’t care in that moment, and scoops her up before peppering her with kisses.
-Taste testing beast. Omega would have the best tasting cake, and that Wrecker can be certain of. They make the best memories together doing this.
-The day comes and Wrecker has to hold himself back from erupting in tears. Puts a hand or fist by his mouth to remind himself.
-Constantly says “SHE LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL.”
-Wrecker is absolutely a dancer. Will bend, dip, and spin Omega so much that she is dizzy from laughter. Reminds him so much of younger Omega that he gets choked up.
-Gifts her a brand new tooka doll. “For you to remember us.” He says, vision fogging up so much that he follows with “Oh no, now I can’t see at all!”
-Bone crushing hug before she leaves. Wants to hear all about the tasty food she tried on her honeymoon.
-Scoffs at Hunter’s breakdowns. Secretly has his own.
-During the planning, Crosshair might not help with the coordination, but he does help with Omega’s wellbeing. Takes her on walks on Pabu to places they have been before, places he knows calms Omega down. He’ll pull her into walks at random times, and he will never admit that it just might be for his sake too. He grew so close to Omega, and he wants to soak up as much time as possible with her.
-Anyone does anything to even threaten Omega’s big day? They’ll get a nice little Crosshair snarl and promises to hunt them down. That goes for her partner too.
-Is speechless when she tries her dress on. When she asks how she looks, all Crosshair can say, looking away and with a hand covering his mouth is “Perfect.”
-He also looks extremely sharp on her wedding day. And yes, he has a billion toothpicks stored in his pockets. And yes, he does give Omega some when he can tell she’s nervous.
-Has to take multiple shuddering inhales when Omega walks down the aisle.
-Afterwards, Crosshair broods over at the side, but a little less than usual because of course, this is Omega’s day.
-Gives her a soft look only reserved for her and slowly nods before she leaves.
-Drinks. Smokes. Something after she leaves. And cries. He’ll miss his younger ad’ika, and hopes she will continue to accept him as she gets older.
