[Projection Guy]: The humourous thing about learning to be what you hate, and learning to do what you fear, is that someone you’ve been your whole life doing something you’ve always been good at could feel so entirely new. That brutality, so second nature, could feel so alien, so foreign to you; it’s astounding to witness firsthand. So let’s remind you, for a moment, exactly what you are and the thing that you do best. The lesson is, a man knows how to forgive, but a leader knows how to instruct. And since, through pain we learn, let’s be student then be a teacher. Not only are we musicians, and jokesters, we are magicians. She’s our assistant, been with us a very long time, all the way from Coca-Cola, Washington. So, we, uh, we were supposed to be here eighteen years ago, we didn’t get to come here, we had to fly home, there was some shit going down, and, as it does, and, um, who was supposed to be there eighteen years ago? I know— actually believe that. Actually, actually fucking believe that. Well, this show’s really special because we finally got to be here. So, gracias. Thank you very much. There’s a lot of people I wanna thank right now, there’s a very, very amazing, special, fucking kick-ass band, that agreed to come out with us on these shows, and that is The fucking Hives!
