Fisumi has never eaten burgers, fries, or any of that funky junky food, at least because she tries not to stay long in places like supermarkets so she doesn't scare anyone or put them in danger. So, you could say she has never been and still doesn't go to these kinds of shops or shopping malls (therefore, her complete lack of taste experience isn't out of disgust, but pure Ignorance). Her diet is something along the lines of "nettle soup in a clay pot, dandelion wine, berry jam," and all that kind of stuff. Plus, I wouldn't call her a "vegan," but I feel like she doesn't really consume meat. Like,she can, but its so rare . In short, her diet is literally "what you would eat if you lived in a hut in the woods in the 16th century BC as a forest spirit": mostly herbal soups, stewed vegetables, and her own homemade pastry creations. She doesn't buy ready-made food; she visits markets, buys everything directly from hands, and makes everything herself, again, including even a semblance of bread. She also avoids sweets like candies and chocolates, but the truth is she hasn't tried them that much. Maybe, as an exception, she treats herself to dark (bitter) chocolate. Her teas aren't store-bought either, but are mostly various herbal and floral blends, sometimes tossed with berries and apple twigs, for example
