And longer.
In my experience men are kinda 0 or 100 on a lot of things, this being one of them. Dudes love hard, they just don't usually express it in a feminine/chick flick way, so all too often the girlies don't notice it.
Refer back to that post that's done it's rounds on here listing out all the men in history that made groundbreaking inventions just because something mildly inconvenienced their wives. This is without even getting to the ways men have historically made all kinds of beautiful art about women they love. When men are in love they don't giggle and twirl their hair and kick their feet, they just lock the fuck in and start doing/making stuff about it.
Drives me a little batty that so many of my fellow girlies don't see it. When they're into us they basically regard us as perfect ethereal goddesses and will move mountains and fight wars for us at the drop of a hat. Is that not enough?
Read a substack about this today. As a man, I want to know what women around me want/need because being useful and appreciated for it is why men get up in the morning.
