the body cam footage has been released, it was a male officer who handcuffed Henry, while Henry begged them for help, saying he'd been stabbed (multiple times), the male officer rebuked him with "I dont think you have, mate," as Henry told them he couldnt breath (his lung had been punctured and his chest was filling with blood)
the female officer, seen in the body cam, asked if they should should assess Henry, the male officer brushed her off, pulling Henry's arms behind his back (further restricting his airway)
Henry kept begging them, saying he couldn't breath. Henry died on his stomach in cuffs, the officers dont notice and proceeded to read Henry's corpse his "rights."

the police then obtained warrants for Henry's phone and his fathers phone, in an attempt to look for anything "racist" that would uphold the murdering Indians accusations

Digwa's family, at sentencing, began shouting insults and "racist" at Henry's family, while Digwa was given only 20+ years in prison
