not just any MP, but an undersecretary for migration and citizenship. this guy is one of the MPs that has a direct hand on the genuinely horrific treatment of migrants and refugees in the UK, including shipping them off to the UK's former colony after unilaterally declaring the colony to be safe, as well as stripping the migrant and refugees of their heirlooms in the name of "paying for their migration in the UK with their own assets." Starmer's cabinet is filled with people whose bloodsoaked hands will never wash out like these.

In light of recent events, I have begun submitting bug reports when I see mature content labels applied inappropriately to posts, especially if an appeal has been rejected.
for what it's worth: after a few months of submitting help tickets as 'feedback' when i saw a post inappropriately flagged as mature, i tried following this suggestion instead. today i got my first-ever response from tumblr support on this issue, letting me know that a post i'd submitted a ticket before has had its mature content flag removed.
This is legitimately brilliant. Bug burndown reports (the rate at which your software team can close bugs) is a major metric for most software houses.
It takes an extra step in our part, but this is part of what makes it effective. It's not one click, one reblog activism and it hits them where they care: their damn KPIs.

I've been under lock and key in the entertainment industry for a long time. Now that things are slow, I'm hoping to transition to more of an educational role and help popularize some proven effective illustration techniques to make sure the next generation of digital artists have all the tools they need to survive in these unprecedented times... I'll keep trying to be as transparent as possible and learn as i follow this new path wherever leads.
Happy 40th birthday to this incredible game!!! Had to make a tribute worthy of my fav Princess Zelda.
I’ve talked about this before, but most of the episodes of the Legend of Zelda cartoon were written by my dad! I remember being 6 years old and watching my dad trying to play the first NES game- he very quickly handed the controller to me instead and I was hooked for life.
He made me a tunic, sword, shield, boomerang and even a Triforce and I went nuts cosplaying as Link and saving Hyrule all day long.
It was so cool to see it come to life on tv, and though it was short lived, it remains my favorite cartoon ever. And the music goes harder than it had any right to. Check it out if you haven’t seen it!
Amazing to have found so many fellow Zelda fans online and celebrating together with incredible art. I hope this game lives on forever ♥️♥️♥️
