Sometimes when I wake up I over think if I really have to get out of bed today? I know that over thinking is very stupid to do,;but sometimes you can't help it. My mind drifts everywhere in the morning and unfortunately sometimes I stay in bed so I can sleep the burden away, but that's never the answer and I feel so guilty after. So why do I do it? It's only good for my in the short terms. I don't get. I really wish and hope that I will be strong enough to resist and get things done, cause you feel so much better. I just wanted to share my mind a little..
