I just found out that during matches in America fans of opposing teams can sit next to each other. What do you mean they can sit next to each other, if ultras of opposing teams here could sit next to each other there would be a bloodbath 😭😭

I might finally have solved the issue of brain fog after psychiatric meds. And I tried almost everything - from multivitamin tablets to adaptogens. I bought myself nicotinic acid (it’s a form of vitamin b3, my dad told me about it) and after 3-4 weeks of use (30-35 mg per day) I feel different for the first time. I have more energy and I’m more alert mentally. The downside is the occasional flush effect but it’s not too bad for me.
