One of my favorite things about Leverage is that they were not afraid to put their men in colors. I'm not just talking about Nates obnoxious cutomes either. But the amount of times that Hardison is just casually wearing pink. The amount of fun patterns that Eliot gets away with while still being the "guard dog".

I love a show that isn't afraid of fun outfits.

Star Trek has always had phenomenal makeup but my word, look at the detail here. The seam, the little wires barely visible, the glint of metal, the fact that Brent's actual skin looks like it's the fake part, it's just insane. And not even a drop of CGI used.

In case everyone was curious as me, going "This sound like a dialogue straight up out from the CW trenches", well.

This scene come from episode 10 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, season 3.

The writers of the episodes are Dana Horgan e Davy Perez.

Dana Horgan worked as co producer and producer for the ABC hit show Once Upon a Time season 6 and 7, and as production supervisor for the CW hit show Supergirl in season 4, upgraded to co executive producer for season 5 and 6.

Davy Perez worked on the CW hit show Supernatural from season 12 to season 14, in particular as executive editor of the writing in season 13 and writer of the episode 13x06 "Tombstone".

You are not seeing things, those people are veterans.

you guys really need to stop saying that people don't contribute to a fandom unless they're making fanart or writing fanfics or doing something creative where the final output is "content".

i've seen enough posts parroting this sentiment that makes me believe it's not just one person's dumb take, but a growing belief and that boggles my mind.

commenting, engaging, encouraging, and yes, even geeking out about your favorite artist or your favorite fic IS contributing to a fandom. it is vital to the general fandom ecosystem, the way creating and sharing fanworks is!
