it’s my second last day working alongside beloathed coworker and we talked about what he needs to put in the handover to me (surprise, i’m taking on at least half of his workload lmfao) and like. 1) bets on him not actually doing half this shit and 2) i’m starting to think he quit so he wouldn’t have to face all the negative feedback at his mid year performance review

#he’s soooo bad at this lmfao #there was a project he was working on based on recommendations from an external part #*party and like. in march he asked for the full details of the recommendations #and i sent it to him then and highlighted that he’d already had a copy.#and these recs lived in a shared folder that (in march) he didn’t have access to. and my email in march said: let file owner know #if you need access! and he said okay yep received!#and today i was like okay now during project eval you should ensure the evaluation covers the recs made to us #and he was like oh where are these full detailed recs……….#and i had to show him that not only has it been sent to him multiple times (including in march!!!)#but that i could see he had still not requested access to the folder he needed with the full recs
