like the month

if you're a fan of The Monster Squad, i cannot recommend this documentary (directed by andre gower, who played the lead role in said movie) enough.

i have the preternatural ability to always know when the last song on that side of the record ends. even if i haven't been paying attention, and i've never listened to that record before. when the last song ends, i always stop what i'm doing and point to the record player. seconds later, the arm moves back into its resting state and the record stops.

it's not a particularly useful skill, but i guess there have to be a decent amount of low-grade mutants in the marvel universe that have relatively useless abilities, right? we can't all control the weather. we can't all heal instantly or control gravity.
