I will add to or change this post as I see fit. Ask for clarification as needed.
✩ Pro-paraphilia - Only pro-contact if consent is applicable & present or with something that cannot physically or mentally suffer (such as literal objects).
-> Anti-contact for big 3 (exception of pre-death consent for necrophilia) as chrono-children and cis-animals cannot consent to bodily adults or humans respectively.
-> This rentry is a good reference for my contact stances in more detail, but note that I did not write it myself.
✩ Anti CSAM/CSEM & bestiality - Consuming abuse material is not harmless. It having already happened is NOT an excuse because it creates more demand and encourages continued abuse.
✩ Paraphile ≠ sexual predator/abuser - Attractions are not voluntary (nor "harmful" on their own) but actions are.
✩ Paraphilia ≠ disorder - If a paraphilia causes significant distress and/or negatively impacts quality of life, it may then be considered a paraphilic disorder. The disorder is the psychological effect, not the attraction itself.
-> You cannot cure a paraphilia, only a paraphilic disorder. This applies to my anti-recovery point on this list.
✩ Pro-consang - As long as every party is consenting, has an appropriate age gap, and there has has never been the power dynamic of guardian and minor, there's no harm.
-> Criminalizing reproduction due to defects steers dangerously close to eugenics, so it shouldn't be legally controlled, but parents (regardless of relation) should always factor in the health and life of a potential child before bringing them to full term.

✩ Pro-consent & anti-abuse - Pro-conabuse; consent is key!
-> Consent is only valid for those of age, not under the influence, and able to comprehend a matter and clearly express their wants and needs.
✩ Pro-kink - Fantasy is not harmful and kink is a healthy form of self expression and exploration in a safe and controllable environment.
✩ Pro-fiction/ship - Fiction is not reality and will only hurt you if you cannot make that distinction. It provides an outlet that is much healthier than shame & repression but should not require justification for someone to engage with (nobody should have to disclose their trauma or issues for it to be valid).
✩ Anti-censorship - Censoring one thing is the first step to censoring even more under the guise of protection from said thing. It does not end there. Limit of expression is a dangerous slope, especially if determined by law.
✩ Anti-fascist - Power should not be designated solely to a government. Without the input and consideration of affected citizens guiding the decisions and implementations made, the system is unfair and has an inherent bias.
✩ Law ≠ morality - Laws change constantly and vary place to place. Not all laws are made in good faith either. For example, homosexuality is still punishable and criminal slavery is still legal in some areas of the world. Laws cannot be used as a rulebook for what is moral or not.
✩ Anti death penalty - Similar to censorship, if one thing is considered punishable by death, then other things will be warped to fall under that standard. Human rights (including life) should never be taken away, no matter how bad the person, because that makes rights a mere privilege.
-> Same issue with dehumanization as a whole.
-> Anti-incarceration, pro-rehabilitation
✩ Anti (forced) recovery - Involuntary therapy with the intent of correction is literally conversion therapy and ineffective. (ABA is a huge offender)
-> Pro destigmatization & availability of resources (including therapy tools if sought) for self-regulation and coping. Acceptance is more likely to promote one seeking help than condemnation, as with any other disorder.
✩ Psychiatry critical - Note that I said therapy tools above. There are many useful coping tools out there but it should be up to the individual to accept and seek them. I'm not necessarily anti-therapy because external support can be very beneficial if given the right person. I am, however, anti-psychiatry as an institution because of how abusive, neglectful, and autonomy-void the system is. Psychiatric institutions (especially inpatient) are corrupt and do far more harm than good in countless cases.
✩ Anti-sanism - Everyone deserves respect regardless of if they have any disorders or conditions. To treat anyone as less than human is cruelty and prevents them from getting the support (not inherently professionally, but at least socially) they may need.
-> A disorder is an explanation at best, never an excuse. Pinning a person's actions on it (even if influenced by symptoms) takes accountability away from the individual and puts it onto a state of being, creating unfair stigma. (This includes not perpetuating the idea of "Cluster B abuse". Narc abuse isn't real and is an ableist phrase.)
-> Misuse of "therapyspeak" is harmful too. Do not use terms specifically associated with disorders and symptoms derogatorily or flippantly. Learn the origins of the words you are using before throwing them around. Respect their meanings and connotations.
✩ Pro-queer & contradictory labels - Gender and sexuality are social constructs, spectrums, and only quantifiable by the individual experiencing them.
-> Pro neopronouns & xenogenders
-> Anti transmed/truscum. Pursue euphoria over evading dysphoria.
-> Anti terf and anti radfem
✩ Radqueer neutral - I consider myself radinclus but not radqueer. I'm in favor of self expression and believe embracing differences is important, so I like the inclusiveness of radqueer, but I am critical of the prevalence of pro-c and pro-abuse identities & ideas in RQ spaces as well as the ties to xenosatanism.
-> Pro good faith & anti bad faith; don't use labels to be bigoted or infringe on other people's boundaries or rights. Respect others and I will respect you.
I love you, self expressers! I hate you, abuse enablers!
-> Neutral on "baseline" radqueer: there's too many different interpretations and variations of RQ for me to judge as a whole so I go case by case.
-> Anti post-radqueer: more rigid and more blatantly against my stances
✩ Anti Consistent Progressivism, Xenosatanism, LSDqueer
✩ Pro (some of) youthlib - Children deserve more rights and to not be treated as property. They should have voices in their own communities just as adults do, but need time before contributing to larger or federal issues (or being in spaces/situations their brains are not developed for yet in general). Age of consent should NOT be abolished.

✩ Age ≠ maturity - Not everyone matches their expected developmental stage. Even so, it still correlates with brain development and general life experience. Age is a factor, not a strict indicator.
✩ Pro education - Mix of anti-censorship and age ≠ maturity. Education should be accessible, encouraged, and not paywalled. Children should not be intellectually infantilized or barred from the resources to educate themselves. This includes sex-ed during their development.
-> It's natural to not know everything, but you should admit when you don't and learn about things before speaking on those matters. Ask others for resources if you don't know where or how to find them.
✩ Anti generative AI - Not all AI is evil (e.g. early cancer detection) but generative use AI is extremely harmful to the environment and the communities data centers are being built in. It's very prone to spreading misinformation as well, worsening access to reliable resources. Not to mention the detriment it has to the artists, writers, and creators it steals from.
