here's another sketch art with bilbo as a hobbit lass barmaid from the prancing pony.

this time i drew thorin too. i see a lot of people liked the last art and the whole concept, so in the near future i'll write more about this alternate scenario as i imagine it, and as usual i'll attach the art!

you can interpret it however you like, but i pictured it as regular (male) Bilbo working as a barmaid at the prancing pony. i haven't seen any fics where Bilbo dresses up as a hobbit lass to work in a tavern. i know it makes no sense, but i still like to daydream about it. anyway, Bilbo is just adorable in a dress. i think i'll draw a few more pictures of him in that little dress.

GOD, with that thought, imagine his niece really into mechaman and he meticulously (and begrudgingly) creates an accurate mechaman cosplay for his niece. And she loves it!!!

But then his niece is like “but I need a mech…………..” and gives him some big old puppy dog eyes. Flambae can’t say no to that face so he quickly makes a highly detailed mech costume for himself out of cardboard (and some bonus LEDs)

Let’s say Ch’aad isn’t able to visit often or for very long. Whether this is because of some bureaucratic restrictions or because every time he comes up he has to deal with his crazy fans (cult), or simply because he’s a busy guy, I don’t know. But, it’s fun to think that he taught him how to use his fire powers (and thus consequently introduced him to arson) as a way to try and bond with his kid. Ch’aad not being able to be around often is also a good reason for Chad to miss him.

Robert doesn’t show up to work one day. Everyone panics cause this is a first for Robert ‘what is Pto’ Robertson.

Then Chad’s phone rings.

It’s his dad wondering why his cult is trying to sacrifice his son’s boy toy/dispatcher to him. This wasn’t what he meant when he said he wanted to meet Chad’s partner.
