People making pseudo-intellectual arguments love to be like "for all we know, the opposite could be true, have you considered that huh? we just don't know" about things that we very much know are true because people have in fact asked themselves that question and looked into it before.
This isn't a novel idea nobody has ever considered before, you're just not very well-educated on this topic. Which would be fine if you didn't insist on talking about it like you are.
I hate how ignorance is something people brag about. “I don’t know what that is, so I’m assuming no one does and that’s cool to me!” stfu and seek knowledge please. It’s fine to acknowledge you can never know everything and there’s always more info to learn. But assuming because you don’t know, it can’t be known, is such obnoxious bs. It’s not cool to be ignorant actually. Why are you proud of it.
