I was rewatching the final scene of TDJ and noticed Yohan has his left hand, the hand that was stabbed, in his pocket and realized we never get a good look at Yohan’s hand after Gaon stabs it. I am so curious about how it looks now. There must be a scar. And was there permanent damage?!?!?? Cuz Gaon was aiming to k*ll and Yohan caught that blade coming at full force. Plus they put a little bandage on it and threw him into prison bc they didn’t give a f*ck and then he faked his death twice and then secretly escaped to Switzerland so when did have time to get it treated properly?!?!? i’m wondering if some of the muscles in his hand got so f*cked up that his hand doesn’t work quite the same ever again. But he hides that from Gaon by keeping his hand in his pocket when he sees him because he doesn’t want Gaon to know. Its one more thing Gaon would feel guilty about. So Yohan decides its something Gaon doesn’t need to know until he is ready to come to be with Yohan permanently. After Gaon has dealt with all his other feelings and is content that he has done enough to create justice in society and comes to live with the lawful family for good then and only then will he know that Yohan’s hand will never be the same and its his fault. Because then Yohan can reassure Gaon every day that its ok because Yohan forgives him completely and that what matters most is being together from then on.
