officially 28lbs down 😭 what’s crazy is like I don’t even notice it tbh. I know it becomes more apparent as you go but it’s just wild how the mind doesn’t compute.

got to talk to my crush at the bookstore today and it’s so embarrassing bc I’m driving home and can’t stop smiling like I forgot what that’s like 😭

I’ve lost almost 25 lbs so far and I could cry tbh finally having relief and something that works after struggling for years.

shane and ilya both have eldest daughter syndrome. i know it's easier to see it in shane, but ilya also has it, and i think that's why they make such a good pair: because they can actually trust each other when they couldn't really trust anyone else.
