I’ll say this again, You can have multiple main characters. Side characters are characters that exist with no other purpose than to show the reader more about the main character(s). If your fav doesn’t get page time it’s bc they don’t have a purpose. And guess what? The inner circle are the main characters. The Archeron sisters are the main characters. All the other characters help us understand those characters and their personalities and motivations better. Even the High Lords. Would you call the Suriel a main character? Kalias and Vivian? The bone carver? See it’s quite simple. Why do you think Lucien moved to the human lands? Because A. He’s not important to the plot. B. His purpose has been (mostly) fulfilled. And Gwyn? Your precious Valkyrie warrior queen? ONLY SERVED NESTAS STORY. GAVE NESTA CONNECTIONS WHEN SHE COULDNT CONNECT WITH THE PEOPLE CLOSEST TO HER. AND THATS RIGHT, she couldn’t even make it up a mountain. Nesta sacrificed herself. Guess what else? The only reason we know what we know is because it’s an explanation for why she was in the library. And guess what else? That’s all we know about her. There’s an actual psychological label for her: PTSD. And as far as Azriel goes, it’s classic hero worship and transference and a one sided trauma bond. As soon as Elain severes the mate bond, bye bye Luci. And outside of training with Nesta or her friendship with Nesta bye bye red.

ISTG I’m about to unfollow everyone who posts anything about ACOTAR. FFS, it’s literally all petty fighting with anyone. Im going to say it, did everyone sleep through English class or is it pure spite? Like come on. I guess I am not surprised unfortunately considering who got elected president here. I can’t stand this. I’m sick of it. I just want pretty pictures and people to enjoy this with.
