this is my first time posting a more serious artwork to tumblr. it means a good deal to me since it was one of the first oil paintings i ever finished, and i feel painting really “clicked” for me when i made this one haha. this was also my first painting to ever be exhibited at a show (at naruki art dojo in brooklyn) which was a really big deal for me :’] the content is inspired by susumu hirasawa’s big brother as well as walid raad’s better be watching the clouds (which is the origin of the featured quote).

as some of you guys know i used to only be active on instagram before this year but all my accounts were unfairly banned in 2025. while i fight to ge them back i’m trying to be active on other socials… i’m basically starting from scratch, so any kind of support is super appreciated ^__^
