Daniel recognized that tone, was used to it being about him. It was never supposed to be about Janet. or, Daniel gives very pregnant Janet the armband virus and SG1 gets to see why she was so concerned for them

Is it too hot?” Janet asked, poised to get him some more water, but he shook his head. “No, it’s just-” He gestured vaguely in her direction with an unidentifiable look on his face, something between pleased and surprised and reminiscent. Janet looked down at her dress, then back up at him, confused. Daniel just smiled. “Thank you.” Janet sat up, almost preening. “You’re welcome.” Her eyes went steely. “I expect you to finish all of that,” she said firmly. “Doctor’s orders.” Daniel tucked back into his food with an amused gleam in his eye. “Yes, ma’am.” or, Daniel and Janet get stuck on Edora instead of Jack, and there are Consequences. In which 100 Days takes place before Forever in a Day, because I forgot the order while outlining
