Celebrating with colleagues at work my new job offer. It was very difficult to get a speciality in Sweden. Mainly because I’ve studied MD abroad and no one knows about me here. I applied many times to university hospitals and got rejected twice. It was hard for me to get over the job rejections. But after a while I applied to another city and finally got accepted to internal medicine speciality. Although I’m not looking forward to move far away from home, but I’m happy this time I don’t need to leave Sweden. Let’s hope for the best 🙏 Please wish me good luck.

Today, I'll be assisting at the colposcopy clinic and before they open, I'm reviewing the staging of cervical dysplasia: (An intraepithelial lesion occurs when normal cells on the cervical surface are replaced by a layer of abnormal cells, and these changes are classified as high grade or low grade. 1) Atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS)—Borderline, some abnormal cells 2) Low-grade intraepithelial lesions (LGSIL)—Mild dysplasia and cellular changes associated with HPV 3) High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HGSIL)—Moderate to severe dysplasia, precancerous lesions, and carcinoma in-situ (preinvasive cancer that involves only the surface cells)

This ECG looks abnormal. I see no P-waves 😱only some Q-waves before QRS-complexes or maybe its a "ventricular fibrillation". Anyway this patient needs further clinical evaluation.
