literally nobody

RAAAAH!! I've been through so fucking much this year and yet somehow I'm still swingin'. Getting divorced, buying a house, losing my favorite aunt, getting run through the ringer on dating apps(apparently guys like to prey on freshly divorced women as a game. Humanity is great :'), completely starting my life over from scratch. All the while, still making art and running my damn business. Anyways, during this time I have been training at the gym, and I mean training hard. I'm in better shape now than I've ever been. To the point where I've been asked several times if I'm in the military, lol. I'm seriously considering joining the space force as a break from my art and a way to have purpose in a more comaradic way. Being an artist has been lonely and I'd like to be part of something bigger. That and, I'd be much older than most of the new recruits. I feel I could have a positive influence on them, showing them you can go through a lot in life and still have a smile on your face while also being humble. The application process seems to take about a year which works, because I need to be off all psych meds for at least a year to join anyways. I'm actively tapering right now. I'm training to pass the fitness test, and I am waiting for a call back from the recruiter. Wish me luck, or preferably persistence. I hope in a year I'm looking back at this post and thinking "Hell yeah I am about to start boot camp at 36 LOL". Look at me, I'm so proud of how much I worked to look like this <3
