Me every time I go into my room
me trying to achieve inner peace
âŞ**Walking some place that weâve never been**âŹ
âŞ8yo: âIâve seen this before.ââŹ
âŞMe:âŹ
âŞ8yo: âYou know how sometimes you go to sleep and you see things in your dreams and then later on you see them for real? Like that.ââŹ
âŞMe, quietly terrified: âUmm oh yeah! Thatâs called âDeja Vuâ! Great!ââŹ
I have this too, and like a bunch of the other people who say they have this in the notes have described: itâs like...less prophetic full fledged dreams and more like a 2second snapshot of you doing an activity with no context. Like cutting paper then looking up or opening your purse with specific scenery in the background. Then you wake up and youâre like âwhat was that pointless dream scene.â Then later (sometimes weeks or months later), when youâre doing The Thing youâre like âohâ
I DIDNT KNOW THIS HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE TOO

"The day before the movie (shoot), we were still in negotiations of whether I was gonna do the movie, because the movie had been announced, but no one had called my agent to ask if I'd wanted to do (the filmed play)," he explained on the Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard podcast.
He continued: "They came to me with an offer: 'Leslie, we're shooting tomorrow...' And I'm like, 'Here's the thing: this is my area of expertise, this is my life's work, this is all I have. This is my life's work on the stage, and so I just can't sell it away for magic beans; I can't give it away...'"
Leslie asked his representative at talent agency CAA to find out how much his "white counterpart" Aaron made for Grease: Live, and requested he receive the same compensation.
"This is Hamilton!" he exclaimed. "So when I found out how much he made, I didn't ask for a penny more, but I said, 'You must pay me exactly what that white boy got to do Grease: Live'."

The fun thing about lots of folk ballads just being multiple versions of the same story is that you start to see certain characters waltz through the lyrics over and over again - so that inspired me to do some little character designs based on this cast of cruel crooks and hapless victims đś

Writing x Characters When You Arenât x, A Masterlist
x: a variable used to represent something unknown.
Weâve seen an influx of questions about how to write stories based around characters of color, disability, non-binary, etc. when the author does not fall into these categories. Rather than have these posts take over the site, weâve decided to compile a list of resources to help our fellow writers become more educated about writing what they do not immediately know. However, this list is not the end-all-be-all of knowledge; one should always try to learn from someone with first hand experience in any topic. The world is constantly growing and changing, and because of that, there will always be more to learn. The admins at Plotline Hotline want to help writers form respectful, informed, and realistic characters that broaden the narrow range we see in literature today.Â
*Be wary that some of the topics listed below contain sensitive material. Reader discretion is advised.*Â
As always, the links I found to be especially apt will be in bold. Topics are listed alphabetically, excepting the âotherâ section.

the foxes as things people at my school(s) have done, part two
neil: came to school on book day with bread stapled (yes, stapled) to his shirt as âthe ginger bread man.â
medicated andrew: stabbed 15 holes in someoneâs tent with a penknife while they were inside it during a school camping trip, almost stabbing them in the back.
sober andrew: won the âchubby bunnyâ challenge by fitting a large quantity of oreos in their mouth. when asked how they did it, replied with âby sucking dick as practiceâ with a deadpan face.
kevin: boiled an iphone in coca cola because he âwanted to know what would happen.â it melted and almost set on fire.
aaron: somehow got stung by a wasp on his dick and had to walk around with a bulge at the front of his pants. it took a lot of explanation and convincing the next day.
nicky: had their phone ring in the middle of DT, with their ringtone set as âsteal my girlâ by one direction. they pulled it out, let it ring for another 30 seconds, then declined it while looking the teacher in the eye.
matt: caught a grasshopper in his hands while on a hike, and panicked when he saw a teacher coming, so decided to put it in his mouth to hide it. the teacher didnât notice, but he bit and killed it and almost swallowed it.
dan: accidentally twisted the entire tap off a burette in chemistry because she misjudged the amount of force it would take, spilling 50cmÂł of sulphuric acid all over her arms.
allison: after having an iphone confiscated in drama class, pulled out another one. when the teacher confiscated the second phone, they pulled out a third. the teacher asked them to hand over all of their phones, so they proceeded to pull out three more from various pockets.
renee: encountered a venomous spider in her tent during a camping trip. while everyone else was screaming, she calmly picked it up with her bare hands, took it outside, and flung it a million miles into the horizon.
wymack: caught a pair of students vaping and lectured them on how âvaping is for pussiesâ and that âif you want to smoke, do it properly.â
abby: unironically asked her students if brazil was an island. she actually did not know.
