how is "we're all one race" racist? I think I may know an angle but of course I want someone who would know WAY better than me's angle on it

We're NOT all one race, because race was invented specifically to make us different. Centuries of race science have gone into this, extremely violent science that we've been reading about for the past two months, that has been enforced and ruined the lives of billions of people for having the audacity to be born not-white.

We're NOT all one race, because I assure you that I get treated quite differently than someone who gets to be white. So there's CLEARLY a known difference between us, whether y'all wanna talk about it or not, and saying that that isn't there is a lie, an insult to my intelligence, and is an actively racist tactic to prevent us talking about why that difference exists.

So when someone says "we're all one race" to me, I assume deep ignorance at best and active malice at worst.

Chain of Pronouns (Version 1.7)

a patch for GBA chain of memories, restoring some aspects of the narrative that were lost in translation (with potentially major implications)

since i'm now reasonably confident in the final version of this patch, i finally buckled down and made it compatible with the USA version of the game! this was a lot more effort than you might think, as basically everything was in a different location so i couldn't really use any of my EU reference notes (not difficult, just tedious lol).

i do want re:chain of pronouns to happen, but i have hit a solid wall (i know what files contain the cutscene subtitles, but idk how to open the type of file so that it's not junk characters, much less save it in the proper format. and i don't even know where to begin to change the disney world dialogue) but im still too shy to enter a kh modding discord or whatever to ask for help yet... someday i'll get desperate enough it pushes me to break through my fears lmao

anyways, i'm happy to say that this patch as gotten 120 downloads!! it may sound small, but i went into this project with the understanding that it might never make it beyond my small circle of friends, so i'm deeply grateful to everyone who gives it a chance. i hope even more people play chain of pronouns in the future <3

i definitely understand the point made but it’s radical and comical because people like trump and netanyahu do what they do to be feared and respected. although being gay isn’t inherently shameful, they see it as such, and therefor being put into that position is incredibly degrading for someone who views it that way, showcasing the lack of fear and authority they possess and undermining their power
