The first thing is obvious, this is a reference to Gihun's and Inho's Chinese zodiac. They were born respectively in the year of the Wood Tiger (1974) and the Fire Dragon (1976). If you want to do some research about this, I fully encourage you because it's such an interesting aspect that can match a lot with Inhun's personality traits.

BTW, had Inho been born some days prior, like Jan 29th or 30th, he would've been Rabbit like Sangwoo, LMAO.

Second thing, yes, the animals are a representation of Sangwoo and Saebyeok for Gihun, and his wife for Inho's.

Where's Junho? you may ask. Well, he's the lotus flower next to Inho's scar. He's the only lotus flower that bloomed because the flower bud next to Inho is his unborn child. This is also a direct reference to Wi Ha-joon's thoughts about Inho's possible involvement in Junho's raising, which is why I depicted Junho and Inho's child in the same way.
