Let's set this straight - The reason we say Transactivism has a racism problem is because the ideology that underlies it is itself racist. Not because of the racists themselves among them.

Transactivism is racist because a lot of their arguments revolve around "if black women are women, then this literal male with a dick can be a woman." And THAT'S what makes Transactivism in itself racist. Unlike this, none of the core ideologies that underlies Radical Feminism is in itself racist or homophobic. We simply acknowledge observable biological reality based on sex and emphasise class consciousness for women, irrespective of race or sexuality or even "gender identity". Of course we know every group or community has racists (and homophobes) in it, even POC or black people themselves, when we typically term it internalised racism.

they’re being extremely racist when they say that nonbinary and trans people exist in any other culture except western culture.

they are taking concepts that are specific to a certain time, place, and people, and are attempting to absorb them all into a subculture that is thoroughly a product of the west and reflects western individualist values. they do this with very little interest in the factual details of these “third genders” and the (usually highly repressive and patriarchal) context out of which they grew, because they are shameless imperialists.

and they’ll say that you can’t identify into a “gender identity” that originated from outside the west, unless you are actually a part of that culture. so a white american can’t be “two spirit” (and btw, it is further symptomatic of trans activist racism that they thought they could capture 15,000 years of thinking about gender across two continents into one english word coined in the 90s).

but an indian (for example) can identify as a genderfluid nonbinary. it’s just that a white british person can’t identify as hijra… because indian culture and indian people are beneath them. why else would the cultural erasure only flow in one direction?

i suppose the difference is that the racist belief i described cannot be questioned without questioning the ideology behind the whole trans rights movement: without wondering if maybe trans and nonbinary are just subcultures that arose in a repressive and patriarchal cultural circumstance, like hijra and two spirit and albanian sworn virgins. not encompassing and superseding any other culturally specific “third gender”, and not reflecting anything innate or biological.

meanwhile, racism in radical feminism can, should, and must be called out and stamped out. it will only make us all better, it will only give our movement more strength and credibility.
