Chapter 30 - Cornered

Keeping it simple tonight, as I'm behind on things I wanted to get done this past weekend. (This being one of those things.) I am going to TRY my hardest to get a chapter of this done next weekend, but I'm not going to make any promises. I am going to be busy for the next couple weekends, so I will get the next chapter out when I get it out.

There are only three more chapters and an epilogue after this, so we're getting there! It looks pretty grim for both Levi and Mikasa but stick with it, it will pay off.

Now... I'm going to go get something to eat before I start chewing off my own hand.

Chapter 29 - Test Subject

Mikasa fears for her life when she finds herself in some kind of medical lab. She searches desperately for a means of escape, but there is no way out. Upon learning that the true intentions of her presence there run so much deeper than she ever imagined, she fears for the lives of everyone coming to her aid, especially Levi.

Here you are, friends, the mystery is revealed. Why have agents been stalking Levi, and why did they kidnap Mikasa? This chapter is all about what she went through after being taken, so I used a different image for the tumblr post this time. And I sincerely hope this tickles you Jeankasa fans out there - I've mentioned it before (I think!) that I'm planning a continuation of the story as it pertains to them, so I'm also more actively trying to build towards that as well.

I am taking the month of July off from Patreon to work on this fic as well as the pieces for the Rivetra zine that I am part of.
