I will admit the Struggle with switching to Linux is actually finding alternatives for my programs. I have been happily and comfortably using Mixcraft for audio editing and VideoPad for video editing for over a decade and neither of them have Linux versions. I could surely fiddle around and try to make them work on Linux, but I feel that my workflow is not so entrenched in those specific programs that it would be better to just see if there are Linux native alternatives.

If you truly crave windows apps on Linux, there is Always the virtual machine.

There are definitely linux native alternatives, though how well they will suit your needs is much more in question. Best thing to do is see what's available in the built in app installer, and try them out to see if there's one that you're comfortable using.

Fine in novels, fine in fanfic when it matches what the source material was doing, otherwise it tends to be offputting.

The cooking spray in my pantry is labelled 8 dietary calories/second, which works out to about 45 horsepower.)
