(comic from 2023) Somewhere in the early seasons, one or two i havent decided, the turtles intercept a footclan shipment. They weren't sure exactly what was in the shipment, only that it was very important for the Shredder to get whatever they had. During this clash, as shown in comic, Mikey finds the important artifact and touches it, unaware that the artifact was magic. The artifact (unnamed), had the power to create a being based on whatever the holder on the amulet wanted. This being was to be under control of the holder, and Shredder wanted to use it to create a super soldier. However, since Mikey touched it, and did not have any intention in mind for the being, it manifested as something similar to it's holder, and thus pinkorange turtle was born. ummm insert more lore here, it is decided that the turtle, now named Apricot, would wear the amulet themselves, so they could be their own person, and was adopted into the Hamato family smile,, ummm more lore and also angst but yea thats the gist of it

(2023) Obviously, Mikey takes on his role as big brother very quickly, and he bonds with Apricot the quickest, especially because she was technically create from him. He is definitely not the best influence on her and loves to get her involved with all of his pranks and mischievous actions.

(2023) I think Donnie would be the one to connect with her next. Without Mikey, they tend to be much calmer, and Donnie appreciates having someone listen to his ramblings. Apricot would love his infodumping me thinks. They don't know anything of the world so Donnie being there to explain everything, even if she doesn't quite understand it yet, is nice to listen to.

Leo would be third to bond with Apricot. It's not so much that he didn't like her in the beginning but more that he wasn't really sure what to do. He was aware that technically, they couldn't be sure who the oldest was, so while he took on the role of leader, there wasn't much of a gap between him and his brothers to really push him into the role of the oldest brother, so Apricot coming around changed that dynamic.

He embraces the role rather quickly once he gets his feelings sorted out, and takes to training Apricot (with splinter), and teaching her about the world they know. These three get along with Apricot rather fast, but the same cannot be said for Raph

Raph does not take to Apricot as quickly as everyone else.
