Fanfic au whatever idea : Make an expansion of the Steeper Wisdom series and in fact lets go on and call it âExtra Steeper Wisdomâ. The reader is a new hire of the teahouse and has to go through the wacky adventures of Master Wu and the Ninja such as :
1. Guarding the food pantry from the ever so hungry Cole. It fails, the man is too strong.
2. Trying to connect the dots that Zane is a robot but you donât want to outright say it because it migjt sound insensitive
3. Get made fun by Kai for that until he finally confesses the truth that Zane is a robot after you feel oh so terrible
4. Get revenge on Kai by planning a prank alongside Lloyd who is just escaping work
5. Sacrifice Lloyd to Master Wu when the old man realizes that you two are skipping work. âIt was Lloydâs ideaâ âWhat?!â âYeah it was ALLL his ideaâ âTraitor!!!â
6. Go on a dayâs out with Master Wu as a punishment but its not actuallt one because he basically takes you on this very inspiring journey to why he loves tea so much.
7. Help Nya with delivery service and then run into a rival teahouse (Tastey Talent Teahouses) (TTT) (guys did you like that I just made it up) before getting dragged into some sort of fast and furious racing thing and oh my god I can totally add Pixal into this
8. Go through the same existential crisis of âare they a robot or not?â When you meet Pixal but it ends well this time because Kai isnât here. Where is he đđ
9. Discover that Jay actually has a secret corner in the backrooms of the resturant where he..streams and you see his awesome skills as he defeats the ender dragon.
10. No I totally didnât forget about Jay and just added him at the end because well because I almost forgot.
I love slice of life and comedy stories. Like Nichijou. I love Nichijou. Iâm thinking of a Nichijou vibe for this series. Ok bye

Can you do original series Ninjas with a fem! baby reader oneshot? While everyone was doing their things, they heard a loud crying sound from the monastery's door. Everyone went there, and they saw a baby girl in a basket crying. There was a note on the basket that said: "Please take care of her and give her a better life. Her name is Y/n." Wu picks up the baby from the basket, and she stops crying immediately when she is in warm arms. She giggles and makes cute cooing sounds which make everyone's heart melt. From now on, everyone in the monastery is taking care of the reader. The ninjas end up falling in love with her, always wanting to play with her, feeding her and fighting about who would hold her. One day, while Sensei Wu and Nya weren't in the monastery, the boys are playing with the reader. She says her first word, which made them freeze. "Fuck!" They couldn't believe that not just she cursed, but also her first was a curse word. They are shocked and angry, blaming each other for who swore in front of her. Then the ninjas realized that Wu would be returning soon and if he heard the baby's swearing, all of them would be so dead. In panic and desperation, they tried to stop the reader from saying the curse word, but the baby kept repeating the word happily.
THIS IS SO CUTEE im gonna pick up from around when they hear her curse lmao
First words
âYouâre holding her wrong.â
âI am not holding her wrong!â
âYouâre supporting her head wrong, Jay.â
âI am supporting her head!â
âYou are not,â Zane corrected calmly. âHer neck requiresââ
âIâve got it!â Jay insisted.
âGive her to me before you drop her,â Kai cut in, reaching.
âIâm not going to drop her!â
Cole, already now holding you comfortably, leaned back slightly. âYou both sound ridiculous.â
âThatâs because you stole her,â Jay snapped.
You cooed softly in agreement, your small hand grabbing onto his shirt.
ââŚOkay, thatâs not fair,â Kai muttered.
Nearby, Lloyd crouched down, smiling gently. âHey, Y/n⌠do you wanna come here?â
Your attention shifted immediately, your arms reaching toward him.
âOh, come on,â Jay groaned. âShe likes everyone but me.â
âThat is incorrect,â Zane said. âShe has responded positively to your presence multiple times.â
ââŚYeah, but not like that,â Jay mumbled.
Wu watched from a distance, hands folded within his sleeves, his expression calm but approving as he observed the way they circled around you, each of them drawn in without hesitation.
âRemember,â he said evenly, âcaring for another requires patience.â
âWeâve got patience,â Kai said quickly.
âYou argued over holding her for ten minutes,â Wu replied.
ââŚWeâve got developing patience.â
â
On the day everything went wrong, the monastery felt slightly less structured in Wuâs absence.
âThis is fine,â Jay said confidently. âWeâve got everything under control.â
âThat statement is already incorrect,â Zane replied.
You sat between them, surrounded as always, your attention bouncing from one to the other with bright curiosity.
âAlright, watch this,â Jay said, holding out his hand as small sparks flickered to life between his fingers.
Your eyes lit up instantly, a delighted sound escaping you.
âSee? She loves it,â he grinned.
Kai scoffed. âThatâs nothing. Y/n, look at this.â
A small flame danced in his palm, warm and controlled, its glow reflecting in your wide eyes.
Zane stepped forward slightly. âPerhaps we should avoidââ
âRelax, Iâve got it under control,â Kai said.
Your gaze remained locked on the flickering flame, your expression unusually focused as you leaned forward just slightly.
ââŚFffââ
The sound was small and unsteadyâ but unmistakable.
ââŚDid she justââ Lloyd started quietly.
âFuck.â
Everything stopped, Jayâs mouth flying open in the process. âNo wayââ
Kai stared in disbelief, his ego faltering as he had expected your first word to be fireânow dred and horror taking over his features instead. âNo. No, Noââ
You giggled, clearly pleased with the reactions you were receiving. âFuck.â
âNO,â all of them said at once.
âOkay, who said that around her?â Kai demanded immediately, pointing.
Jay pointed right back. âYou!â
âI did not!â
âYou literally say it all the time!â
Cole raised a hand. âIt was definitely one of you.â
âIt was not me!â Jay insisted.
Zane spoke, his tone tighter than usual. âThis is not helping. The issue is that she has learned inappropriate language.â
âYeah, we KNOW that!â Kai snapped.
You clapped happily.
âFuck!â
Jay grabbed his head. âOh, this is bad.â
âThis is really bad,â Lloyd added quietly.
Zane straightened. âSensei Wu will be returning soon.â
Silence fell instantly.
ââŚWeâre dead,â Kai said.
âDo not say that in front of her!â Jay hissed.
âFocus!â Cole cut in. âWe just need to teach her something else.â
He crouched in front of you, offering a hopeful smile. âHey⌠can you say âteaâ?â
You blinked at him.
âFuck.â
Cole leaned back. âOkay, not tea.â
âTry something easier,â Jay said quickly. âLikeâlike âJay.â Say âJay.ââ
You looked directly at him.
âFuck.â
ââŚI donât like this game,â Jay muttered.
Lloyd tried next, softer. âHow about âWuâ? Can you say âWuâ?â
You reached toward him.
âFuck.â
Kai paced. âWhy is that the only word she knows?!â
âBecause one of you keeps saying it,â Cole shot back.
âI said I didnâtââ
Footsteps echoed outside the doorway, each panicked ninja freezing in place as thier heads whipped towards the door.
ââŚNo,â Jay whispered.
Zane turned toward the door. âHe has returned.â
âOkay, okay, nobody panic,â Kai said quickly.
âYouâre already panicking,â Lloyd replied.
âI am not panicking!â
You giggled.
âFuck.â
âPlease stop saying that,â Jay begged quietly.
The door slid open.
Wu stepped inside, his gaze immediately taking in the scene before himâthe tight circle, the tense expressions, the unmistakable atmosphere of something having gone very wrong.
âIs everything alright?â he asked calmly.
No one answered.
You turned toward him instantly, your face lighting up as your arms reached out.
âSensei,â Lloyd started, voice careful.
Wu stepped forward and took you gently into his arms, your small hands immediately gripping his robes as you settled against him, completely content.
He looked down at you. âDid you behave while I was away?
âFuck.â
The silence that followed was suffocating.
Wuâs expression didnât change immediately, though his eyes slowly lifted from you to the others, each of whom suddenly found the floor incredibly interesting.
ââŚExplain,â he said.
Kai pointed at Jay. âIt was him.â
Jayâs head snapped up. âIt was not me!â
âYou literally say it all the time!â
âYou say it more!â
Cole stepped back. âIâm not involved in this.â
âYou are absolutely involved!â Kai snapped.
Zane clasped his hands behind his back. âIt was a collective failure.â
Wu regarded them for a long moment, the weight of his silence far more intimidating than any raised voice.
Meanwhile, you simply laughed, entirely unbothered, resting comfortably in his arms as though nothing at all was wrong.
Wu exhaled slowly.
âWe will be discussing appropriate language,â he said at last.
ââŚYes, Sensei,â they answered in unison.
You looked up at him again, smiling brightly. And though none of them dared reactâthey all heard it coming.
âFuââ
Kai lunged forward. âNOânew word, new word, weâre learning a new word right nowââ
Despite everything, despite the tension and the inevitable consequences waiting just aheadâeven as they stood there bracing for the lecture they knew was coming, you remained safe, warm, and completely at ease in Wuâs arms.
Wu raised a hand, stopping him. âIt will be handled,â he said calmly.
An underrated aspect of ninjago x reader is that because they are canonically legos you can just hc whatever attractive person you want, give them (insert favorite character here)âs hair/clothes and itâs as canon as anyone else hc.
I thought Old Man Yaoi was like a specific person or entity. Like you walk down to the river, thereâs Old Man Consequences, you walk down to the oak tree thereâs Old Man Sensibility, and then you walk into the gay club and youâll never guess who it is

I mean this from the depth of my heart, this is how I imagine Lloyd.
like he rarely curses and when he does it is either the hottest thing in the world or the scariest thing, cause when he curses it is known that someone has fucked up.
so yeah Iâve had this headcanon of Lloyd being so hot when he swears for YEARS so yay :)
(Imagine reader and Lloyd sparing and he almost falls during it and unable to control himself, he utters a curse and reader just halts because theyâve never heard him curse before and it is the hottest thing imaginable)
Ninjago headcanon: because Lloyd looks so much like his dad but sounds so different sometimes the people who knew Garmadon when he was young have this reaction when Lloyd first opens his mouth around them
Okay, first I need to say. I LOVE YOUR WRITING AND YOUR STORIES!!! LIKE OH MY GOSH!!!â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸
Secondly, I don't if you seen the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" but in one scene of the movie. The female lead and the male lead, get married to each other while they are fighting off against undead pirates. And the Captain does the preacher's job while also fighting against the udead pirates. (I am very sorry if it doesn't make sense. I'm not good at explaining things. đ)
But, I was wondering if you could make a short where, the ninjas are in a tough fight and don't know if they will survive. So Lloyd and reader (who have been dating for a long time now) decides if this is the end, they at least want to tie the knot with each other. So one of the ninjas marries them. (You can chose who marries them)
Thank for listening to my request, I hope you have a good day/night.
THANK YOU SM OMGTHEUWCW I LOVE THIS REQUEST I hope you have a good day/ night too<3
Marry me.
You barely manage to steady your footing as another blow meets your weapon, the force of it jolting up your arms and forcing you back a step, then another, your breath catching as you try to regain balance, to find rhythm again in a fight that has long since abandoned anything resembling control.
Somewhere to your left, Kaiâs fire flares bright and wild, and Jayâs voice cuts through the chaos, but it all feels distant, like youâre hearing it from underwater, your focus splintered between survival and the growing, sinking realization that this might not be a fight any of you walk away from.
âLloyd!â you call out, your voice strained as you twist out of another strike, your gaze snapping toward him the moment you catch sight of green.
Heâs only a few feet away, but it feels farther, his movements still precise but heavier than they should be, each strike just a fraction slower than usual, like the weight of the battle is finally starting to catch up with him.
He moves without hesitation, cutting through the enemy between you with sharp strikes before closing the distance, his hand finding yours with urgency as he pulls you closer, just enough to be heard over everything else.
âIf we donât make it out of thisââ
âWe will,â you cut in quickly, the words coming out more breathless than you intend, more fragile, because even as you say them, something in your chest tightens with doubt.
His eyes search yours, and when he speaks again, his voice is softer, but far more certain. âIf we donât, I donât want to leave things unfinished.â
Your heart stumbles at that, ââŚLloydââ
âMarry me.â
The world seems to tilt for a moment, the sheer normalcy of those words clashing violently with the fighting around you, and before you can fully process it, an explosion erupts somewhere too close, the force of it shaking the ground hard enough that you both stagger, your grip on each other tightening instinctively.
ââŚright now?â you manage, your voice quieter, caught somewhere between disbelief and excitement.
A breath escapes him, almost a laugh, his forehead nearly brushing yours as he holds your gaze. âI donât think weâre getting a better time.â
Another wave of enemies surges forward, the urgency of the moment crashing back in all at once.
âHey!â Kaiâs voice rings out as he spins, fire bursting from his hands as he forces back an attacker. âIf you two are having a moment, maybe make it quick!â
You glance toward him briefly before looking back at Lloyd, and in that split second, everything becomes painfully clearâthere is no perfect moment waiting for you, no safety, no guarantee of later.
ââŚokay,â you say, your fingers tightening around his.
The relief that flickers across his face is brief but unmistakable, warming something in your chest even now.
âOkay,â he repeats, like he needs to hear it twice to believe itâs real.
âZane!â Lloyd calls out, raising his voice just enough to carry.
Zane turns, deflecting an incoming strike before stepping back into a narrow pocket of space, his attention shifting fully to the two of you despite the battle still raging around him. âYes?â
âCan youââ Lloyd pauses only for a fraction of a second, like even now heâs aware of how absurd it sounds, ââmarry us?â
Thereâs a brief silence, Zaneâs gaze flicking between you as if assessing the situation.
Then he nods, âI can.â
âAre you serious right now?!â Jay shouts from somewhere behind him, ducking under a wild swing. âWeâre doing this?!â
âWeâre doing this,â Kai fires back without missing a beat, shifting his stance to hold off another attacker, a grin somehow making its way onto his face. âHurry it up!â
Zane runs closer, positioning himself between you and Lloyd, his voice steady and clear as he begins.
âVery well. We'll proceed efficiently.â
Despite everything, a small, breathless laugh escapes you, the absurdity of the moment hitting you.
Lloydâs hands tighten around yours again, reminding you that this is real.
That heâs real.
âDo you, Lloyd Garmadon, choose to stand beside her, in whatever time remainsâwhether it be hours or years?â Zane asks, his tone unwavering.
âI do,â Lloyd answers immediately, the certainty in his voice cutting through the noise more sharply than anything else around you.
Zane turns to you, his gaze just as steady.
âAnd do you choose the same?â
Your chest rises and falls unevenly as you meet Lloydâs eyes again, everything else fading just enough for this one moment to exist.
âI do.â
A loud clang rings out as Kai blocks another hit, his feet sliding slightly across the ground. âAny time now!â
Zane inclines his head just slightly. âThen by the authority temporarily assigned to me under extreme circumstancesââ
âThatâs not a thing!â Jay yells.
ââit is sufficient,â Zane continues smoothly, âto declare you bound to one another.â
Before the weight of those words can fully settle, another enemy lunges toward you, instinct taking over as Lloyd moves with you, your bodies falling into sync as you fend it off together, the rhythm of fighting returning as naturally as breathing.
But just before he fully turns away, he leans in giving you a sharp kiss.
The kiss is quick, but certain, a fleeting moment of warmth.
When he pulls back, his forehead rests briefly against yours, his breath still uneven but softer now.
ââŚguess that makes it official,â he whispers.
A small smile finds its way onto your lips. âGuess it does.â
âAlright, married people!â Kai shouts. âTry not to die on my watch!â
A quiet huff of laughter escapes Lloyd before he squeezes your hand one last time, reluctant but resolute as he pulls back just enough to fight again.
Even as the battle rages on, even as the outcome remains uncertain, one thing is no longer unfinished.
Not anymore.

Heiyaaa I desperately need you to write lloyd x reader x enemy lloyd but without smut and reader is og lloyds wifeđŠ
Okay so Iâve seen many ideas abt how og lloyd and enemy lloyd can coexist in the normal world so I guess he just escaped and I also saw a post saying he became that way bc yn died so Iâd like to add that toođž
What I would want is enemy lloyd clearly wanting to be with reader but original Lloyd noticeably doesnt like this idea at all so they get in a lot of fights over it and reader is Pissed because she feels treated like property as if she couldnât make her own decisions. And please let her give them attitudeâď¸
Later she tells Enemy Lloyd that she doesnât want him because she is with Well her husband and she does feel sorry for him but even tho theyâre the same person it feels weird for her.
Please make it a bit angstyđ
and it should be a fic not hc
Thank youđ¤
Sorry i dont feel like i made her rude enough im not good with thatđ
Slight angst
Not yours
The monastery did not feel like a sanctuary that evening.
It still looked the same, of courseâthe same light stretching across the wooden floors, the same soft rustle of wind through the open windows, the same peacefulness that had once made it feel like the safest place in the world. But now that peace felt strained, as though it were holding together something fragile that threatened to splinter at any moment.
You leaned against the wall of the monastery, your fingers loosely curled beside you agaisnt the worn wood as you stared out at the fading horizon, trying to steady your thoughts before they spiraled into something sharper than you intended.
Lloydâs voice was careful, but there was an edge to it, something restrained that told you he had been thinking just as much as you hadâand probably not in a way that left him calm.
You didnât need to turn around when you heard his footsteps. âIâve been looking for you.â
âI figured,â you replied quietly, though you didnât face him right away, giving yourself one more second to breathe before the conversation inevitably turned into something heavier.
A pause followed, âI meant what I said earlier,â he added, stepping closer, his presence familiar at your side. âAbout him.â
You exhaled slowly, finally turning to look at him, your expression steady but not closed off. âI know you did.â
âAnd you still donât see why this is a problem?â he pressed, his frustration slipping through despite his efforts to keep it contained.
âI do see why itâs a problem,â you answered, your tone calm but firm, âI just donât agree with how youâre handling it.â
His brows pulled together slightly. âBy trying to keep some distance between you and someone who is clearlyââ
âAttached?â you finished for him, one eyebrow lifting faintly, though there was no real mockery in it, just honesty. âYes, Lloyd, I noticed.â
âThatâs not something to take lightly,â he said, his voice tightening. âHeâs not just some stranger, heâsââ
âI know exactly who he is,â you interrupted, not sharply, but with enough certainty to stop him from continuing down that path. âAnd I also know who you are, which is why this is frustrating.â
âFrustrating?â he echoed, incredulous.
âYes,â you said, your composure slipping just enough to let your emotions show, though your voice stayed low. âBecause instead of trusting me to handle this, youâre trying to manage it for me.â
âIâm trying to protect you.â
âAnd Iâm asking you to trust that I can protect myself,â you replied, meeting his gaze fully now, your expression softening just slightly as you stepped closer to him instead of pulling away. âThereâs a difference.â
That seemed to land, though not easily.
âYou donât see the way he looks at you,â Lloyd said more quietly, and this time, there was no anger in itâjust something more vulnerable, something closer to insecurity than he probably intended to let slip.
âI do,â you said gently, and the honesty in your voice made it impossible to dismiss. âThatâs exactly why Iâm not ignoring this.â
His shoulders tensed. âThen why are you even entertaining it?â
âIâm not entertaining anything,â you said, shaking your head, a small sigh slipping out as you tried to find the right way to explain something that wasnât simple. âIâm acknowledging that heâs hurting, and that he deserves to be treated like a person, not a threat.â
âAnd what about us?â Lloyd asked, the question quieter now.
He searched your face, as if trying to find any hint of doubt, any hesitation.
Stepping closer, you reached for his hand, your fingers brushing against his before gently holding onto it, grounding both of you. âThere is no âhim or youâ situation here,â you said, your voice steady and sincere. âThere never was.â
He didnât.
âI chose you,â you continued, giving his hand a small, reassuring squeeze. âAnd Iâm still choosing you. That hasnât changed.â
The tension in him eased, not completely, but enough that his shoulders lowered slightly, his grip on your hand tightening just a fraction in return.
âI just donât like the idea of losing you,â he admitted.
âYouâre not going to,â you said softly, and this time, there was no edge, no argument, just quiet certainty. âBut stop trying to make decisions for me instead of with me.â
That lingered, and this time⌠he didnât argue. ââŚOkay,â he said after a moment, the word reluctant but genuine. âIâll try to do better.â
For a moment, the tension lifted, replaced by something steadier. But you knew it wasnât over, not yet.
You offered him a small smile, one that carried both appreciation and expectation. âGood. Because weâre a team, remember?â âYeah,â he whispered, his expression softening. âWe are.â
The monastery was quieter later that night, leaving everything feeling softer, more introspective.
Because there was still one conversation left to have.
â
You found him exactly where you expected.
Sitting near the edge of the courtyard steps, his elbows resting loosely on his knees as he stared out into the darkness, as though he were trying to make sense of a world that didnât quite belong to him.
For a moment, you just watched him.
Not because you were unsure, but because you wanted to understandâreally understandâwhat you were about to step into.
He glanced up, surprised but not startled, his expression shifting almost immediately into something more guarded, as if he had already decided to keep a careful distance this time.
Then, quietly, you approached. âHey.â
âI didnât think youâd come find me,â he admitted.
You shrugged lightly, stopping a few steps away before sitting down beside him, leaving just enough space to keep things comfortable, intentional.
âMaybe,â you said, your gaze drifting forward, mirroring his posture for a moment before continuing more thoughtfully, âbut I donât want the last thing you hear from me to feel like rejection without understanding.â
âThere were things I didnât say earlier,â you replied. A faint, almost bittersweet smile touched his expression. âYou said enough.â
âI meant it when I said Iâm sorry,â you began, âNot in a distant way, but genuinely. What you went through⌠losing someone you loved like that, especially in the middle of everything else you were dealing with⌠that kind of loss doesnât just go away.â
He didnât respond right away, but he didnât look away either. That was enough.
His jaw tightened slightly, but he nodded.
âI donât expect you to just move on,â you continued, glancing at him briefly before looking forward again. âAnd I donât think youâre wrong for feeling what you feel when you look at me.â
âThen why does it feel like I am?â he asked, his voice low.
You took a moment before answering, choosing your words carefully.
âBecause those feelings belong to a version of me that isnât here anymore,â you said gently. âAnd holding onto them like Iâm the same person⌠it keeps you tied to something you already lost.â
âI donât think you have to all at once,â you said, offering a small, reassuring glance in his direction. âBut I do think you have to let yourself see me as I am, not as who you remember.â
That settled between you, not harsh, but undeniable. âI donât know how to separate that,â he admitted.
He let out a slow breath, his gaze dropping briefly before returning to you. âAnd who are you, then?â he asked.
There was no hesitation in your voice.
You smiled faintly, not because the question was simple, but because it wasnât. âIâm his.â you said.
âI thought if I found you again, things would⌠fix themselves,â he admitted, the quiet vulnerability in his voice making it clear just how much he had been holding onto that belief.
âI know,â you said softly. âAnd I think part of you needed that hope just to keep going.â
He didnât deny it.
âBut I canât be that for you,â you continued, turning slightly so you were facing him more fully now, your expression open but firm. âNot because I donât care, but because it wouldnât be real for either of us.â
A long silence followed, one that felt less like tension and more like acceptance slowly taking shape.
âIt does feel different,â he said after a while. âBeing here with you⌠itâs not the same.â
You nodded. âIt shouldnât be.â
He huffed a quiet breath, something almost like a sad laugh slipping through. âI think Iâm starting to understand that.â
âGood,â you said gently, offering him a small, genuine smile. âBecause you deserve more than chasing something that canât exist anymore.â
He looked at you for a long moment, and this time, there was no desperation in his expression, no reaching for something just out of grasp.
Just quiet recognition.
ââŚThank you,â he said.
You nodded once, letting the silence settle again, but this time it felt differentâ even if only slightly.
haiii could we maybe get a one shot of Lloyd x Reader of him finding out reader is pregnant for the first time + a time skip to after the baby is born please? following your ninja as parents headcanons đđ
y'all know I love Lloyd requests!! this one is sooo cute I love it!
Pairing: Lloyd Garmadon x Reader
Word Count: 1,565
Set During: After the events of season 6. this is my delusional fantasy world where I pretend season 7 and everything else never happened and the ninja lived happily ever after
You hadn't been feeling well for weeks. You and Lloyd figured you had caught a bug from somewhere, as it was that time of year. Everyone around you seemed to be dropping like flies.
Originally, you'd thought you had gotten food poisoning. You and Lloyd had gone out for a little date when it started, and you presumed maybe something had disagreed with you. But that didn't seem to be the case, as the sick feeling lasted for another day and another and another.
It was a rather odd sickness, if it even was that. You were only really sick in the mornings and afternoons. You had your suspicions, though it was a bit too real for you to wrap your head around. You and Lloyd were awfully young. You had gotten married at twenty-one after dating for a couple years, and pining long before that. And even then it had only been a few years since you'd gotten married.
You weren't worried, exactly, just a bit wary. It was just the slightest bit too early.
Your suspicions were practically confirmed when your period was late after you'd been sick for the week. Your periods were almost never late, and you hadn't skipped a period in years. But nonetheless, you waited in hopes maybe it would show up.
Another week passed with no sign of your period and you continued to feel sick. Lloyd, ever the worrier, was close to making you go to the doctor because he wasn't sure this was just some bug anymore. He didn't have the same line of thinking as you. He was a little clueless when it came to things like this, and he always thought of the most innocent answer. You didn't want to suggest anything to him yet, as you were afraid to worry him or get his hopes up in case it actually was just a scare.
Instead, you waited until he would be out of the house for a bit and walked to the drugstore down the road for a test.
You brought it home, mind whirling with a million thoughts at once. You pushed them all down, not wanting to think too much.
You took the test and waited, staring down at the little stick. Sure enough, two lines appeared. It wasn't a shock. It felt more like your body had been filled with a low buzzing and made you feel a little faint. You went ahead and took another test just to be sure.
Again, it was positive. You almost felt as though you might be sick again, but you barred yourself. You just had to wait until Lloyd got home.
A couple hours later, Lloyd arrived, carrying a surprise bouquet of your favorite flowers. He smiled as you greeted him at the door, and he leaned down to kiss your forehead. "Hey, sunshine, how are you feeling?" He asked.
You smiled back at him, even if you were a bit nervous for what you were about to tell him. "I'm alright." You answered. "What's that?" You questioned with a little laugh as he hid the bouquet partially behind his back.
Lloyd chuckled. "Just a little something to help you feel better." You said, and handed you the flowers.
You held the flowers gently, the aroma sweet and mild. "Thank you, honey." You said softly.
"You're welcome." He answered, and began to shrug off his jacket.
You watched him for a moment, trying to think of the best segue to tell him the news. "I have something for you, too." You spoke up, shifting a bit nervously on your feet.
He looked up from where he was hanging up his jacket on the coatrack. "What is it?"
"Close your eyes."
He did so, and you took his hand, carefully leading him through the small apartment and into the kitchen. One of the tests you had taken was laying on the counter.
You stopped Lloyd just in front of it, and set the flowers down to your side.
"Can I open them?" Lloyd asked impatiently, a smile still on his lips.
"Yeah." You answered, the nervousness palpable in your voice.
He opened his eyes, grinning, but when he saw the test it immediately fell. He picked it up silently and stared at it for a moment, before lifting his gaze to you. "Honey..." He said sadly, looking you over.
This was definitely not the reaction you were expecting. You had anticipated joy, or tears or laughter or something different, at the very least.
You felt tears spring to your eyes. Did he not want a baby? You'd talked about having kids many many times before and he always said he wanted them. Did he think it was too soon? Was he just not ready?
But then it hit you.
"Lloyd, do you know what that is?" You asked him, trying to hold in a smile.
He nodded a bit solemnly and looked back down at the test. "You're really sick?" He said, his voice soft.
You couldn't help but laugh just a little at his response. You shook your head quickly, smiling. "No, baby, I'm pregnant."
One of his hands flew up to cover his mouth at hearing this, and he looked like he might faint. But instead he stood there for a moment, stunned. "Really?" He breathed, as if he couldn't believe it.
You only nodded, feeling more tears come to your eyes. Lloyd finally broke from his stupor and dropped the test on the counter, quickly gathering you up in his arms. It was the most careful hug he'd ever given you. He held you close and leaned his head into your neck, his shoulders shuddering. It took you a moment to realize that he was crying.
The two of you stood there silently for a long moment, wrapped up in each other's embrace. Your own tears fell and wet his shoulder.
It felt like ages before the two of you pulled back. That same grin from before had found its way back onto Lloyd's face, though his eyes were still red-rimmed and watery. "This isn't a joke?" He asked with a little laugh, wiping at one eyes with the back of his hand.
You only shook your head, a lump in your throat.
Lloyd cupped your face in his hands and pressed a kiss to your forehead. "This is amazing, baby!" He said.
You looked up at him with a watery smile. "You think we're ready?"
He nodded. "I think we're more than ready."
The months passed quickly, quicker than you expected. Pregnancy wasn't easy, but the ninja all helped you out when you needed it.
You went into labor one early morning in September. Lloyd was quick to take you to the hospital, where you labored for thirteen long hours. He barely left your side the entire time.
The baby was born a healthy seven pounds eight and a half ounces, with little tufts of blonde hair and blue-green eyes like his father. He had your nose and your smile. You named him Simon.
The weeks following were a bit rough. It took you and Lloyd a bit to get used to the baby's routine, but it a hurdle any new parents eventually learn to jump.
Simon was a a fairly easy baby, he went down for naps easily and wasn't terribly fussy.
It was a rainy autumn morning when you woke to the sounds of the baby squirming in his bassinet beside you. He would soon start to cry if he wasn't tended to.
So you sat up with a groan, and leaned over to where the bassinet sat next to your bed. Simon squirmed and kicked until you picked him up, blue eyes staring up at you.
"Hello, my love," You murmured to him, voice still thick with sleep. He smiled up at you as you undid his sleep sack.
You picked him up and kissed at his cheek, prompting a giggle from him.
"Are you hungry?" You murmured to him, already undoing your nightgown to feed him.
He settled against you quickly, becoming relaxed in your arms. He had a tremendously large appetite, as any newborn did.
As he ate, you realized that Lloyd was no longer next to you in bed. It was a Saturday, and neither of you had anywhere to be. It was a bit odd to see him already up on the weekend, he usually liked to sleep in.
But as you fed Simon, the door to your bedroom opened. You looked up to see Lloyd carrying in a little plate of food.
He smiled a little sheepishly as he caught your eye. "Room service?"
You let out a little laugh, even though your eyes were tired and you head was beginning to ache. He was such a sappy guy sometimes. He came to sit next to you on the side of the bed.
He had made some eggs and pancakes, and piled a couple on a plate for you. Seeing that your hands were occupied with the baby, he began cutting the pancakes with a fork and feeding it to you without question.
It was simple things like that that made you appreciate Lloyd all the more. He was the green ninja, the savior of Ninjago, the chosen one, and yet he was feeding you pancakes at 7:23am on a Saturday.
Child!Lloyd having a crush on Child!reader who has a crush an oblivious Cole is an idea thatâs so cute and hasnât left my mind for days. Imagine how jealous Lloyd would get but not understand why! I feel like it would take Cole forever to figure out why Lloyd seemed to be so grumpy around him and why reader was so shy. Like heâd probably assume that he scared the reader somehow and he just unintentionally makes the situation worse

Do you have any oni specific headcanons about Mystake? Like to do with the lore?
YESSâźď¸âźď¸ mystake is my babey.. i LOVE HERR
before she was Mystake, her name was 'Hitomi', a Japanese name meaning 'beautiful wisdom'
oni traditionally enjoy playing drums, and mystake played them quite well, but mystake preferred the flute, which she later taught garmadon to play.
mystake has a kanabo like any other oni, but her kanabo has kintsugi all along it from the many times the fsm has helped her repair it after long battles
she has curved upper tusks, like most other oni, except her left tusk broke off
for context, oni teeth look like this :>
she has four fingers and toes, which she always found odd since her mother had three fingers and her father had five. oni do tend to have three to six fingers and toes
when garmadon was young, she carved him a toy kanabo out of wood, which he dragged around with him until he was the oni equivalent of 14
she enjoyed playing tricks on the fsm with her shapeshifting. for example, she would shapeshift into Nineko, have a full blown conversation with the fsm, and then watch as the fsm tried to reference that very conversation to Nineko, only for her to have no idea what he even talking about
mystake used to present herself normally in her oni form, until it began to pose a problem with her fitting into the homes of humans (oni were considered giants in the traditional folklore, so they were around 7-10 feet tall), so she reluctantly took the form of a human, eventually settling on an older woman after much experimenting
when setsubun occurred, and humans threw soybeans at her, she'd throw a multitude of poisonous items at them. this would happen every year until the fsm caught wind of this and forced her to stop
if she hadn't left the oni for ninjago, she most likely would've eventually obtained the rank of kijin, as she was exceptionally strong
the oni being shapeshifters should make way for more genderfluid fsm family or genderfluid mystake ideas .,, presentation-flexible garmadon and wu PLEAS
and besides considering how those with oni blood would have different ideas about the significance/matter of gender to humans, it's also fun to think about them from a ninjago human's perspective
what if the first time misako met wu and garmadon, they weren't both presenting as men? what if there were historical accounts of the fsm having more than two children because people thought their different presentations were different children? what if morro, harumi, and lloyd didn't strictly think of wu and garmadon as their father/uncle?
