Turned my FAV chocolate bar into a cake ๐คฉ โBOUNTYโ. For this i used coconut cake and milk chocolate ganache to coat and layer the cake ๐คค INGREDIENTS FOR COCONUT CAKE; 1 and ยผ cup all-purpose flour 1 and ยผ tsp baking powder ยผ tsp salt ยฝ cup unsalted butter 1 cup sugar ยฝ tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs ยฝ cup milk 1/8 tsp coconut extract PROCEDURE; 1)๐ฐ Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF. Line the bottom of each cake pan with parchment paper. 2)๐ฐ Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl and whisk together. Set aside. 3)๐ฐ In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter, sugar, coconut and vanilla extract on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. 4)๐ฐ Add the eggs, one at a time, beating until each addition is incorporated before adding the next. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula when necessary. 5)๐ฐ Add the flour mixture in four parts, alternating with the milk in three parts, beating just until each addition is incorporated before adding the next; do not overmix. 6)๐ฐ Scrape the batter into the prepared pan or pans and spread it so that it is smooth in the pan(s). Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 7)๐ฐ Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
