Indulge in the decadent goodness of this Nutella Gooey Butter Cake made with chocolate cake mix, Nutella, and cream cheese. It's a sweet delight that will satisfy your chocolate cravings!
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted. 2 large eggs. 1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 2 cups powdered sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Mix until a soft dough forms. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the cake base. In another mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Nutella, and remaining 1 egg until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and beat until well combined. Spread the Nutella mixture over the cake base in the pan. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of the Nutella mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
