Liu Kang Bicycle Kicking

Deception Raiden. Or rather, Alternative Costume Deception Raiden.

Believe it or not, Raiden also has magnificent muscles underneath his robes. Proofs are his alternative outfits from Deadly Alliance to Armageddon. Then again, virtually almost everyone in Mortal Kombat is muscular.

This costume also has his hat behind his back, but I didn't draw it. In Deadly Alliance, Kung Lao also does this, but for his default outfit.

In MKII the film, as Raiden is having his powers siphoned by the Amulet of Shinnok after Kung Lao sliced him (he "bleeds" a light so potent it hurts my eyes in this film, apparently. keep in mind this is a god we're talking about) his hat briefly falls, and you can see his hair for a blink. It's short and black - Raiden had often been portrayed with long, white hair, much like his brother Fujin. So it's quite the surprise.

And nothing. Tomorrow is the last week of the World Cup. Spain's likely winning again.

Digitizing a very unusual crossover from my challenge Instagram! For sister's birthday we were debating on whether to watch The Odyssey (which premieres right on her birthday!) or Minions and Monsters. We chose the latter - The Odyssey is almost AS LONG AS ENDGAME. And then again, remember Christopher Nolan directed this...and it stars Damon, Holland, Pattinson and even Zendaya.

So here is Odysseus confronting Irene - one of the many monsters from Minions and Monsters. Where did she come from? He knows not, but she is a foul thing.

The Odyssey is an epic, so expect plenty of violence and possibly a monster fight as well.

And yes, this is his MK9 self. I love the character designs in this particular iteration of Mortal Kombat.

I am watching the newest Scary Movie so I drew a crossover between Halloween and Mortal Kombat.

You know, Michael Myers once was going to be a guest fighter to Mortal Kombat. Unfortunately he won't come any day - Ed Boon said no, not to mention a few issues with copyright and moviemaking before the final negation. Luckily, you can experience him with a fan-made mod.

Oh, and I also drew Prince Adam as played by Nicholas Galitzine. He's so, so…hot ❤

Today is my birthday plus the premiere to Masters of the Universe, so what a better way to celebrate than to draw Orko three times? Say whatever you want, but he's a cutie 💜

I HAVE THE POWER!!!!!

It has gotten warm these days, so I have drawn Liu Kang getting sweaty at the Earthrealm side of the Yin Yang Island! Unfortunately as you know, I don't draw muscles, so do not expect me to give Liu these *oof* hot as the Netherrealm abs 🥵 and that firm af chest any day.

This is actually a sequel to a drawing of Kitana I drew this week on my 2026 Instagram challenge. And yes, Liu wears a cap. Any problem? It's just that headbands and beaches do not mix.

Another Mortal Kombat fanart over one week after I've watched the film. This time we have Shang Tsung from the original game. The reason he morphed very often is because they had too little budget to make a full spritesheet of him. You can see that in his idle animation - the same picture all the time. I didn't like Shang Tsung in the second movie - he pretty much did nothing and wasn't too important to the plot.

I dreamed about his MK9 iteration today. And I loved so much I had to digitize this drawing on my 2026 challenge Instagram. (AKA the one I did today)

Everyone here is based on their MK9 selves - except Kenshi, Rain and Bo Rai Cho, who are their Armageddon counterparts (Kenshi and Rain do appear in MK9, but they are DLC characters, so they don't count).

Oh, and the 30th character is my OC Chen - I literally made him as my Kreate-A-Fighter in Armageddon!
