I know tumblr is a place where people love being accommodating to trans people and calling out trans- and queerphobia but why can't we extend that to racism?? I'm not saying anything new or revolutionary as a white person who is also young and naive but

how do we pride ourselves on being a safe space for trans and queer people but continue to fail the people of color on this website???????? do we not see the disconnect in that??????

I was a fan of TADC before most of the ourageous things came to light and seeing people fully just, dismiss racism to defend a show is insane to me? can we like, fucking listen?

I feel like people most often bring up how Mafuyu and Shizuku are similar, both are idolized and have high expectations placed on them so the comparison is fair.

I think that especially relating to minokana Mafuyu shares a lot with Haruka too, and not as many people focus on that.

Minori and Kanade are both obsessed with their respective units' second members, Haruka and Mafuyu respectively. they're VERY intense about this, Minori in a lesbian disaster fangirl way and Kanade in a savior complex worthlessness complex way.
