wuyang is making a documentary on the arts and connections figure skating and ballet. his primary focus is mizuki, a life-long champion skater.

he thinks mizuki is the greatest skater he's ever filmed even in his career as a sports photographer, though as time goes on he notices the shots- although beautiful- are empty of emotion. his interest in mizuki already piqued, he finds himself searching for the humanity and truth in mizuki's art.

genji and hanzo are born into generations of figure skaters. when they got into a car crash at 18 and 15, genji was off the ice for seven years. at 22 he got back on the ice, and the drawing depicts one of his first times skating again, hanzo helping him.
