8/13/16 Dinner at Thai Arroy in Baltimore. Mussa-pad Thai, pad krop , and mango sticky rice!

8/11/16 Pizza night at Gusto Italian Grill in Silver Spring, MD.

8-13-16 cheat day lunch! Eiji had a pop-up at Lexington Market in Baltimore (today's the last day!) 11-6pm. We tried the pulled pork buns and the tonkatsu Ramen broth with Ramen noodles, corn, egg and one with fried pork belly the other with grilled chicken.

8/11/16 Summer squash quinoa salad for days. Added ½ avocado and chicken

8/10/16 trying to get a little bit of exercise in. Ran/walked a little more after this and did a couple leg machines too
