At some point in the near future, I want to make a discord server where people with any mental illness/neurodivergence is welcome to join. There are so few general community spaces, so I want to make one myself!

My goal with this blog (and also my life in general) is to make mental health care more accessible to everyone, including self-help and self-diagnosis. That's why I run this blog in the first place, sharing and creating resources. If I had a discord as well, you would be able to help support me in this mission, even if that just means talking about your own personal experience. It would be so helpful to have people supporting me with this blog (even if I still do most of the work).

I'm already planning a lot of things to facilitate community and connection and social support. Things like regular event nights (movie nights, watch parties, party games, gartic phone... etc), plus lurker roles for those who may want to be in VC but be unacknowledged... stuff like that!

So if you're interested, let me know?? Reblog this post, message me, whatever works for you. Once there's enough interest, I'll make the server!

i've had days or maybe individual weeks where my mdd caused me to almost not eat at all but it never went on for more than a week at a time and now its getting me really bad . like these last 3 weeks i've been barely able to eat at all and like i've had to try to force some calories into me and its so difficult . does anyone have any recs for getting calories into my body during this because i do NOT want to get skinny
