Sandy made a good public apology. It appears sincere and Sandy put it out fast. Mature response to her error. The longer Angel waits to acknowledge it, however, the more that clown emoji is going to bite Angel. I don't get the sense that anyone that played with or who was coached by Sandy would consider her a clown. The correct response was an apology, a classy one was given, accept it or don't but she really needs to respond otherwise she is going to look like the clown.
