You might have noticed that when you hold your phone like that for long time it begins to hurt, like when you are gripping a pen too tightly for example.

Many types of curries are made/eaten by British people every day and those aren't suddenly "not-British" bc you've decided people with South Asian heritage aren't British or capable of contributing to British culture.
