Bacon Cheeseburger Dip is a warm dip that everyone loves. It tastes like a classic cheeseburger but is rich and creamy. Great for parties, game days, or any other event where you want to impress people with a tasty starter.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced pickles. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix ground beef and onion in a pan and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is clear. Remove any extra grease. Put the cooked beef and onion mix with diced tomatoes, pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and cooked bacon in a bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly. Place the dish in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden on top. Mix it up and serve it hot with crackers, tortilla chips, or sliced baguette.
