Adjusting the Layers of Reality and Fine-tuning your Psychic Censor

Getting started on your magical journey is exciting but can get can quickly get overwhelming! When you start noticing the weird and unexplainable leak into your everyday life, it’s not uncommon to feel like you are losing your grip on reality and many feel like they need to succumb to the fantastical or shut it out completely.

In my years of practicing magia and working with lots of different magicians, I’ve developed my own techniques for navigating the weirdness in the day-to-day based on how I personally process information. I hope that in sharing my practices that you can also learn to control how much of the unknown you allow yourself to experience at any given time!

Note: Everything I present under the cut is based on my observations and my personal journey. As part of this discussion I will be discussing mental health topics but I want to clarify that am not a medical professional or a therapist. Magia is not, and should never be, a complete replacement for therapy and medication. And they are making that their motto. They are doing it on purpose. Don't give them a dime, don't give them a click. They are no better than a casino preying on gamblers.

I clicked so you don't have to, because I caved last night (yes I'm regretting it now). But let's take a look at their latest feature, shall we? And let's remember, as we do this, that Character AI is aimed at kids 13-18.

Why do they have a "less spicy" model if kids 13-18 are allowed to use the platform? Why is the standard "more spicy"? They know that people are engaging in NSFW chats with bots. They know that their filters are being circumvented and that this is one of the most popular uses for the site, because we can all see the chats people post on reddit and other sites. In fact, this usage is so common that people who don't want it need to actively select a "less spicy" version.

They know you are fucking the bots, whether or not you are of age. They know you are falling in love with the bots, instead of real people. They know it is affecting the way people spend their day, the way they interact with others, and the way they develop into adulthood. They are preying on us. I despise this company, and when I say that, I am not talking about a faceless entity or a phenomenon. I despise its founders.

These men are Noam Shazeer (left) and Daniel de Freitas (right), the founders of Character AI. They know what the motto on the front of their site is. They know what new features they are releasing. Their project did not just "get out of hand." These men know what they are doing. They are doing it for profit. They are advertising it. Picture their disgusting smiles whenever you think about visiting Character AI, and turn away. Do not tie your intimacy, your love, and your precious time on Earth to fake robotic people built by these predators.

Get the FUCK off SimplyPlural and PluralKit if you're gonna be "endos dni." That shit was made BY pro-endos/endos, FOR pro-endos/endos.

You complain about endos ""invading system spaces"" despite the fact that they not only CREATED most system spaces, but YOU ARE ACTIVELY INVADING THEIR SPACES.

We have spaces just for us, to get away from the people like you that literally want to kill us, and you still end up forcing your way in, taking over, and removing the SAFE from the SPACE.

You barge in, take terms and spaces, demonize everyone, and get confused as to why you're hated. You tell people to get diagnoses they can't afford or get and MAKE them dig up past trauma just so you can tell them "it's not enough" and tell them that they're fake.
