NPCs:

I went to "vs race" and chose my character and kart

I then clicked custom items

And then clicked "all off" then only selected the Kamek item (the purple orb for those who don't know 😊)

And then I chose a track to play on

(Only choose one track, bc when I was trying to get both Rocky Wrench AND Fish Bones, I chose Airship Fortress -> Dry Bones Burnout, and it wasn't successful! 🥲)

NPC locations:

- Cataquack (Peach Beach, Salty Salty Speedway, and Wario's Shipyard)

- Chargin' Chuck (all tracks)

- Coin Coffer (all tracks)

- Conkdor (Faraway Oasis)

- Dolphin (Crown City, DK Spaceport, and Koopa Troopa Beach)

- Fish Bone (Dry Bones Burnout)

- Peepa (Boo Cinema)

- Pianta (all tracks)

- Rocky Wrench (Airship Fortress)

- Spike (all tracks)

- Swoop (Dandelion Depths)

Character skins:

Ok, so basically just eat all the food with all characters (not NPCs), it works, trust me
