Hello. I'm really sorry I haven't updated here, I really don't know how many people are going to see this. The place in the photo above is called Catia, it is a popular lower-middle class area close to where I live.

Currently in Venezuela the largest electoral fraud in its history is occurring. Thousands of people around the country are protesting against A DICTATORSHIP that has left the minimum wage in misery, economic support for elderly adults in almost nothing, and universities in ruins thanks to the fact that the governors steal the money. money that is destined to fix them. There are few artists or public figures in my country who say anything about it, since many of them have bought their silence. Please, many in our peaceful protests have been kidnapped by the national guard, and they are minors. They are transferred to El Helicoide, the largest torture center in the country.

I am currently serving first aid during the protests, but I also fear for my life. There are seniors and many young people with us. Today a guard almost stole my cell phone.

New Little FAQs

Q: How do I tell I’m a little?

A: Typically, littles are identified by needing or liking to be taken care of 24/7, not always though. Littles also tend to act “childish” and like to watch/eat/do/etc. things from their childhood, such as Disney movies.

Q: What’s with all the community names?

A: Trust me on this one: don’t rush to labeling yourself as cglre, kidheart, or anything of that stuff. In my opinion, it causes more problems than fixes them.

Q: How do I find a caregiver?

A: All sorts of ways! If you have a boyfriend/girlfriend, you could (slowly) introduce them to it and they could be willing to take care of you. There’s also social media, like Tumblr, Insta, etc. Tumblr also has a lot of blogs to match littles and caregivers.

Q: Do I have to act or be a certain way to be considered a little?

A: Nope! Anyone that tells you otherwise can go take a hike.

Q: How do I find my age when I regress?

A: This one can be tricky. Most littles vary between ages, such as 3-5 or 7-9 years old. It all depends on what you like, how you act, and how you think. For example, if you like diapers but also like to play video games, you would have an age range of about 2-7. Finding your age isn’t a huge biggy, but helpful when finding a caregiver if you’re looking for one. Another good way to gauge is by what TV shows/movies you watch in little space because those are typically in an age range.

Q: What if I can’t regress due to emotional health?

A: Contact your cg if you have one! They’ll definitely be able to help try to put you into little space. You can also induce little space yourself by playing with toys, using a paci, or coloring. Also know that taking a break from little space is acceptable too.

Q: How do I tell my family/friends about being a little?

A: If you use it as a coping mechanism, SAY IT. If it’s non sexual, SAY IT. It’ll make it easier for them to understand and explain. Also trust your gut! Do it whenever you think is best and have faith that it’ll work out. (Note: obviously, not everyone reacts in a positive way. If they harass you about it, don’t listen. IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO REGRESS AND COPE.)

Tips for New Caregivers

Q: How do I find a little?

A: Same answer as it was for finding caregivers! Social media makes it easy, but you could also introduce your significant other to them being a little and you being a caregiver.

Q: How do I enforce rules? I don’t want to hurt my little’s feelings!

A: Rules don’t have to be so rigid and strict as we make them in our head. Make a rule list (along with reward and punishment list) and show them to your little. This way, they know what to expect and shouldn’t have their feelings hurt. Following through with all of this is very important!

Q: How do I put my little in little space?

A: This one varies by person and age group! Trial and error to see what needs to be done is the best method. But playing with toys, being babied, watching ‘little’ tv shows or movies, and things like that.

Q: Can I be a caregiver and still struggle to take care of myself or have mental health issues?

A: Of course you can still be a caregiver! But try your best to set the example for your little. Also tell your little (when they aren’t in little space) what you’re struggling with, and if they’re a good significant other they’ll try to help, or at least listen to you.

Q: What do I do if my Little can’t fall asleep/eat/etc. because they miss me? (LDR based Answer)

A: Being a little, experiencing this is torture. As a caregiver, you should try to text them, call them, or have them do tasks, like color for you. However, if it’s a daily occurrence, your little may need to learn how to perform daily functions without being too depressed about missing you. The key to this is balance and finding a middle ground. Know that missing someone is normal too, and it’s ok to feel that way.
