A certain amount of work is good for you, working toward goals and even spending a certain amount of time handling boredom, frustration, and working with others is good for your mental health and emotional regulation in the long run (I think that's actually why rich people tend to be such pissbabies and dickheads, they don't know how to wait or work for things and they feel entitled to take their boredom out on others) but having to constantly work your ass off to the point of physical and/or mental exhaustion and be under constant financial stress just to barely scrape by (or worse) is not good for you, that is actually torture
