literally all the brass starts to get the hang of it and then the crescendos happen and everyone is like FUCK FUCK FUCK??? FUCK. JUST. BLOW RLY HARD.

the strings are lazy but also the same. like u can tell a lot of the ppl w/ the stringed instruments may already basically know how to play stringed instruments. like there’s definitely a section at the beginning where you hear a good portion going “oh yeah this is like. a smaller/bigger version of what i do.”

all you hear of any woodwinds is just “pffffttt??? pFFFTTTT???? PFFFFFTTTT I SAID PFFFFTTTT!!!!!” bc woodwinds are fucking HARD and you hear after like the first crescendo half of them just give up. they give up. they’re done. fuck this it tastes weird and my lips hurt.

       We are fans of Vocaloid; but being a fan of Vocaloid means way more than being any ordinary fan.  ♫

We make these characters who they are with our music, our art, our stories, and so much more. These characters wouldn’t be who they are without the work of us fans. They would be nothing but samples of voice… No music to sing, no quirks, no personalities. 

So, in a way, We Are VOCALOID.

And we don’t all look the same. We have varying skin colors, body types, disabilities, ways of dressing, ways of living, etc etc. 

So wouldn’t it be great, if we could show Miku like that? Miku is herself, and simultaneously she is all of us.  

      Here is where I introduce Miku World Project!

This started as an art project I was going to do myself, but I felt it fitting for many people to join in.

Draw, paint, or describe an alternate image for Miku (or another Vocaloid if you so please) to accurately depict the diversity in the Vocaloid fandom. You can represent yourself by basing the Vocaloid off of your own traits, or represent other people.

The idea of this is to show Miku as she truly is… she is many people at once.

Everyone who has ever drawn, cosplayed, made music with, or even listened to Vocaloid plays an important part of making Vocaloid what it is, and making these characters who we see them as. The aim of this art collaboration would be to show how Miku spans over countries and borders, being truly world-wide and shared by everyone! 

So join me in this♫ all art levels are welcome; everyone can join in! If you draw/write/etc something to contribute to this, please tag it as #MikuWorldProject on tumblr, instagram, twitter, etc, and/or feel free to submit it straight to this blog!
